Overall experience good , but only reception should to be more welcome to the member, at least say “thank you for the loyalty”. But anyway, hotel is amazing!

We had a rest for a week, we really liked the hotel, the rooms are very cozy, the room is nice, there are many details that create comfort, everything is new and clean. The room has everything you need, Byredo cosmetics.
We had a room upgrade, which was very nice.
Very friendly staff at the hotel, especially I would like to mention the receptionist named Shah, a very friendly young man, always ready to help.
Excellent breakfasts with good service, it is very convenient that the drinks are brought by the waiters, as well as a hot dish that can be ordered (pancakes, pancakes, omelets, poached eggs, benedict ...).
A good pool and service around it.
The hotel is well located, close to the Marina and close to the JBR beach.
The only thing I want to draw the attention of the administration to is that near the pool, one of the employees asks the guests every day to write a good review about him, he does it too intrusively, he came up to us on the very first day of our vacation, we just came to the pool, we just settled down, we didn't even have time to relax, and he immediately handed us a business card He came with a QR code and asked me to write a review, well, it's ridiculous, people just arrived and still haven't even figured out what's what... and then I constantly observed that he approached other guests with the same request. It seems to me that this is not acceptable for a hotel of this level.

We chose this hotel based on reviews and did not regret it, everything in it is at a high level, incredibly delicious breakfasts, top-level service, rooms are a separate story, modern, clean rooms with incredible views of cats and you can admire endlessly. I would like to thank the hotel staff for their attentiveness , sensitivity , cleanliness , and helpfulness . Everyone in this hotel is fine! Very tasty breakfasts and dinners , nice view from the hotel , very clean , especially the room cleaning guys work great. Special thanks to the chef of the restaurant and the waiters. It is very pleasant to meet guests at the very threshold of the hotel (open the doors of cars). They are also very attentive and polite at the reception. Any problem, if any, can be solved by the first question. Thanks for the rest! I would like to return to this particular hotel.

Clean and tidy. The location is on fire! Yes, it's not close to the beach. But not everyone moves in here to go to the beach. They give me towels and a bag.
White, pure white linen on the beds, I liked it.
It's worth working on nutrition. Dubai is full of hotels with higher food standards. Although I am demanding in this regard.
I would like to thank the staff at the entrance - when it was time to leave, they called a taxi via the app from their phone with a cash payment to the driver. It was evening, the traffic jams in Dubai were only increasing every year, and the time before departure was rapidly decreasing... We made it, everything is fine, although the taxi had to wait.
In general, the hotel is decent, access to the Marina, in the evening it is convenient to go out on the promenade.

I have long dreamed of visiting Dubai! That's my dream come true, I'm in Dubai!!! The choice fell on the InterContinental Dubai Marina Hotel. Olga Tareeva from Moscow helped me with the choice of a hotel.Sarov - she has her own travel agency. Olya- I am very grateful to you for such a super cool hotel - the Intercontinental Dubai Marina. The hotel is 5 stars. The hotel is located inside the Dubai Marina.The views are amazing. In the rooms -as in space - everything is at a high level. The first day we were in a state of shock from everything, but you quickly get used to the good. We came to Dubai to relax and celebrate , a cake and champagne were brought to the room , there is even a coffee machine , water , tea , coffee, sugar - they bring it every day. A shaving machine, nail files, a mouthwash, toothbrushes, etc. everything is there. What was very surprising - a shower, a separate bathroom, a bidet, a toilet and two sinks, with floor scales. The coolest thing is the transparent wall near the bathroom ( you can lie in the bathroom and watch TV ) , the curtain is lowered . There are touch panels everywhere to turn everything on and off. There is a lot to write here - there is not enough space . Only admiration !!! The only thing is that you need to go to the sea across the street and 10 minutes. The breakfasts are great. Dinners and lunches are like in a restaurant , you choose from the menu . There is practically no way with the Russian language here, you need to download an English translator (since many Indians and Filipinos serve) English is bad. At dinner, Aziza and Putu helped us with the menu.Ahmed also served the dinner very well. Breakfast is a Buffet, and lunch or dinner (which can be exchanged for one another within a day only) is like in a restaurant, you need to choose from the menu and wait 30 minutes, it's a long time. Everyone here is trying very , very hard . There is absolutely no theft. You can be calm for everything left behind. Cameras are everywhere. I am delighted with Dubai and this hotel. If you have chosen this hotel, do not even hesitate -come to the InterContinental Dubai Marina and you will be delighted!!! How are my husband and I ! I wish you all a wonderful holiday in Dubai and at this hotel!!!

I like this hotel. The location is great, the view of the marina is very beautiful. The breakfasts and dinners are good. It is close to the sea , although this hotel is not particularly beachy , more business. There is a swimming pool , and a pool bar too . It's perfect for a couple of days

The hotel has rooms with stunning views of the Marina Canal. We had a room with a balcony, a gorgeous view, a nice pool area, delicious and varied breakfasts. The Russian-speaking staff, we were placed at 10 a.m., we were settled without any problems and presented with two tickets to the Expo. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff is very helpful and professional. A great place, in the evening you can run along the marina along the water, the shopping center is not far away and the city beach is close. It's good that this is not the first street from the bay, it's very noisy, but it's just wonderful here. I really liked the hotel on the top floor of an open-type cafe, cool view and not hot.

+ Modern hotel in a very convenient location, everything inside is very well thought out, stylish design👍;
+ according to the Diamond status in the loyalty program, they upgraded the rooms 2 levels higher, provided a bonus of 70 dirhams for meals in restaurants and a 30% discount on the A la carte menu in two restaurants;
+ a small but stylish and comfortable pool with comfortable sun loungers is located on the 2nd level, but the depth is only 1.2 m everywhere (this is not enough);
+ the gym, though small, is quite decent by hotel standards;
+ from the hotel by elevator near the Ginter bar, you can go down directly to the promenade through level B2;
+ on the promenade right next to the hotel there is a cool outdoor playground and a sports ground under a canopy with sun protection;
- at the reception, it was not possible to freeze funds on a foreign bank card as a deposit, and they cannot freeze on a Union Pay card, only pay off (the equipment for acquiring is old); cash is taken only dirhams as a deposit;
- this is the most expensive IHG hotel in Dubai, it is usually at least 2 times more expensive than the others (maybe this is not always justified);
- the hotel does not know and has not heard about the IHG program "Children eat for free", information about which is indicated on the IHG website when booking - very strange👎
- calls via WhatsApp messenger do not pass through the hotel Wi-Fi network (there are no problems with calls on the mobile Internet);
- the hotel does not have its own beach, transfers to another beach hotel with a beach are not made, a public beach is about 15 minutes on foot (which, frankly, is similar to Anapa and did not give me pleasure personally)

It is impossible to walk directly to the beach, there is no transition to the other side of the street and walk around in the heat for 12 minutes. The breakfasts are good, there are a lot of staff at breakfast, but sometimes they slow down. They will call you a taxi or you can do it yourself through the Uber and Carim apps.

In general, I liked the hotel. We lived in an apartment. The view from the balcony to Dubai Marina is great! I also liked the attitude of the staff. Our room was not ready for arrival, as a compliment we were invited to dinner. And after about 20 minutes, the room cards were already brought. The breakfasts are good, different types of egg dishes. There was no sense of a dining room at breakfast. Although there were a lot of people, but there were no queues, no fuss. It was the same in the pool. It's not big, but it was very calm, quiet. I liked swimming more in the evening when the lights are turned on and there are practically no people. Near the pool there is a bar and sofas with tables. JBR Beach is 10 minutes away. Minus a star for a few tired furniture and 1 or 2 times I had to call the reception and ask to clean the room.

If the fives had their own rating, then I would put this one 4 with a stretch. It seems like everything is not bad: clean, modern, the rooms are quite fresh, but somehow it's sad there.. we were on New Year's holidays, and the restaurants are always empty, the pool bar didn't work at all, the floor stank of dampness, the pool is nice, but you need to have time to swim before noon, then the sun goes behind the building and the pool is in the shade, if it's not wild heat outside, then it's already cold to swim

A great hotel on the waterfront, from it you immediately get to the promenade and the jogging track on the waterfront. Good breakfasts, plus or minus like the Marriott, restaurants. The rooms are spacious, overall something like Dubai standard business. The prices are certainly not humane.

Good afternoon, I want to thank the team of the Intercontinental Hotel in Dubai for the care and cleanliness in the rooms. Special attention should be paid to the hotel restaurant, where we had breakfast and dinner with the family. Thank you very much to the chef who was able to meet the needs of my family within 7 days. The waiter (Romila) always met and greeted our family with a smile and helped to solve any issue, as we had difficulties with the English language. We noticed that even the operations director (Vikram Kakroo) could bring the dishes we had chosen, which was very pleasant for us.The pool is wonderful, the view is gorgeous. Our family was satisfied. On the day of departure, we were allowed to leave one room out of two rooms (residence on the 26th floor), with its extension for two hours free of charge. We left our luggage at the reception and after handing over the room, we were allowed to spend three hours before the transfer on the pool, as well as use all the hotel's accessories for free.
P.S. I recommend the Intercontinental hotel!
