I assumed that it would not be a convenient situation and specially checked the availability of places on the booking website from 17.01 to 18.01 there were many rooms and different categories!
We flew to Hong Kong and arrived at the hotel, a girl named Shawu Mak at the reception says that the check-in is not at 15:00 and no one will check in before us due to the fact that there are no rooms, despite the fact that I indicated earlier, I checked availability. Also, while we were checking in, I observed about a dozen people using the quick check-out box. Realizing that Mrs. Sgawu is not interested in helping guests, is absolutely not friendly, and spoils the image of the hotel as a whole with her rudeness and unwillingness to help, I ask you to help and, if possible, go to an early placement meeting and work with such non-responsible employees as Shawu Mak.
I offered to pay extra for early check-in more than once, I also asked to check the availability of rooms, but I was refused with complete disgust, it seems to me that this employee hates work and is a Nazi! Expressing contempt, unwillingness to help, and disgust in every possible way. Take action!
I am also sure that the desire not to help is connected with the situation in relation to our friendly state, as well as with the fact that we are Russians, and these are manifestations of racial unevenness and nationalistic attitudes. I wrote earlier that we came for a honeymoon and chose yours because you have a good reputation, but your employee was able to ruin our entire vacation!
My wife wanted to go to another hotel and I insisted that we spend our vacation with you, maybe now we will get divorced, since the honeymoon was ruined dramatically!
How can you keep such people at work with such biased attitudes towards guests from a friendly state, our heads of state are friends, and we are humiliated at a party! I will write to the Russian consulate to take into account the attitude of your staff towards Russians.

Very convenient location of the hotel, close to the center. The staff is always sociable and friendly. Breakfast at the hotel was very tasty, soft drinks were served from 18.
A good location, there are many shops nearby for different budgets from boutiques to a stall with whitefish, and from a place to eat restaurants and local street establishments, a mcduck, a 5-minute quiet walk from the metro, you can get from the airport by train and metro, about 30 minutes there is nothing complicated. The hotel itself is clearly occupied, but in general the atmosphere is good, the rooms are not large.
Fabulous hotel, attentive staff, cleanliness, convenient location, delicious and varied breakfast with a wonderful view of Kowloon. Spacious rooms with everything you need.
It's a nice hotel, but the view and size of the rooms are upsetting.There are better competitors, and even cheaper or slightly more expensive.But there is a wide variety of bars and restaurants in the hotel itself.
