Very nice hotel . One of the best in Warsaw and in Poland. Rooms are big and clean. Service is excellent. Was a little bit disappointed by rudeness and disrespect of one of the lady at the front desk. Her name was Marina. But I would not take a star from review because of one person.
We didn't stay at the hotel itself. We visited the spa center on the 43rd floor. The cost is 200-250 zlotys per person, you can at least hang out there all day. Among the advantages: a gorgeous view of the Palace of Culture and Science, two types of saunas, a large swimming pool (which is never empty, everyone hangs out in the Jacuzzi or saunas), towels and a bathrobe are provided, there are a lot of care products in the locker room and shower, comfortable sun beds. Of the cons: it's cramped (the locker room is not designed for a large number of people, it's difficult to change clothes even three of them at the same time), the Jacuzzi is one and small, like in a canned food, more than four people do not fit. And so, in general, it is clean and, again, the view is gorgeous. It's worth visiting once.
