We went for the first time with the company Interlux on the trip "New Year Extravaganza" on December 27, 2024. The bus is comfortable, there are charging stations, and the drivers Oleg and Alexander are pleasant. The guide was Ekaterina Deriglazova, a clear, strict woman with an excellent education, who told us about countries, politicians, and culture. The problem was that the tour was new, thoughtless, and so we spent two nights on the bus, only checking into the hotel in the morning. There was also a check-out problem, two hotels were icy, the remaining 3 were comfortable. The guide tried to solve the problems as much as possible. The claims are specifically against the managers, the tour is not designed correctly, the New Year's Eve is not thought out. Please do not travel through 3 countries starting from Latvia. The tours are all good, the guides are pleasant.

About hotels. There are 2 hotels in Poland (round trip) - 5+ super, clean, comfortable. Italy is like an Italian grandmother on vacation - 5+, clean, neat.France is 5+, everyone appreciated the incredibly soft bed, and orthopedic pillow, clean, neat.A 3* hotel in Spain, rated 3, for close accommodation to the sea and delicious food. The rooms have lived their lives, they are a little tired, but I want to say that it turned out not to be scary. To sleep, to have a delicious meal is enough. The whole tour was so bright and eventful that the hotel did not spoil the impression. There are 4* and things are good there, if the number is fundamentally important to you, then take 4*.
The beach is clean, the views are beautiful, Callella is a very cozy town, there is a lighthouse, coves, a park, many cafes and restaurants, shops.
Considering the price per tour, all additional expenses (excursions, fees, etc.) and the saturation of the tour, good 3-star hotels are ideally priced.
These 2 weeks, 7200 km - were the best in my life, the stars came together.

Also, the booked hotels were illiterate, and therefore, in addition to the announced overnight stays, we also spent 2 nights moving, arriving at the hotel in the early morning for several hours.
Ekaterina, the escort, answered all questions: "call the office, I don't know anything," "if you are not satisfied, I will fly home from Milan, you will go without me." Having extensive experience accompanying tour groups, I can say that this is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
When planning a New Year in Europe, always expect an unforgettable holiday.
We had planned New Year's Eve in Paris. Of course, there were ideas that we would meet him near the Eiffel Tower. Of course, everyone was disappointed with this outcome. If we had known this in advance, we would have organized our own leisure time.
After the fact, we were informed that the entrance to the nearby area to the Eiffel Tower was on passes and it was not possible to get there (upon our return, we clarified this information, groups of tourists who came to celebrate the new year from other Belarusian travel companies met him on the Champ de Mars).

We had a rest in September of the 24th year. The organization is decent, all the necessary information was provided on time in full. The accompanying Vladimir has done his job to the best of his ability. He helped, explained, organized toilet stops, a snack or just a budget store with a good selection of goods. A cyclone was raging in Europe before the start of the tour and they were afraid that the rest would be ruined. But the escort always had a backup plan, in case of flooded roads. The villa ella hotel is not new, but clean and tidy. The hotel manager and staff were always polite. The sea is close, and the view from the balcony is gorgeous, especially at dawn. The excursions are interesting and colorful. The tour guides were very friendly and cheerful. Svetlana conquered us, opened Italy to us from a completely different side (this was not the first time we had a vacation in Italy).The bus was not particularly new and it was felt, especially during night crossings. But when buying a tour with an overnight transfer, everyone should understand for himself whether he can comfortably endure such a trip. The company has a lot of bad reviews, but apparently we are lucky every time. We have been vacationing with Interlux several times and are very satisfied.

We went with Interlux on an Italian Vacation tour with a visit to Prague... Hmm... it's far from the first bus tour, but this is the first time we've seen such a careless attitude in our lives. The bus is a little old, but tolerant, but the drivers! One was driving fine, but the second was something with something. The whole bus felt like they were changing, because driving it almost made everyone sick. That is, half of the road was like a roller coaster ride (although, perhaps, this is also included in the price at Interlux as additional entertainment!). Also, this local Domenic Toreto managed to demolish some kind of pole at the exit of a hotel in Poland. The bumper! Giving everyone in the back a heart attack. And we literally drove to Prague with a hole in the hull!
Strange logistics of movement. We went there and back through Latvia. And if it was justified to go back because of the huge queue of buses at the Polish border, then she was free to go there! One can only wonder why the company chose this route. Well, needless to say, we diligently traveled all the toll roads in Europe (I'm sure the cost of the tour would have been enough to pay for them), which increased the travel time by many hours, which gave us more time to enjoy driving our wonderful co-driver!
The guide Marina “Tuk-tuk” is very slippery, she didn't say much and diligently scolded all problematic topics when she saw that the group was unhappy. There are a lot of additional mandatory monetary expenses, some of which were not discussed initially.
Many problems have arisen due to the downtime of buses. We left Prague and Venice in the dead of night. And if it didn't cause much discomfort in Prague, because the city is beautiful, cozy and pleasant to walk around, even when nothing is working, then in Venice it was a real nightmare. We were there on Sunday, where everything was closed at seven in the evening, so people were forced to wander through the cold, rainy streets for several hours without the opportunity to sit and warm up anywhere. And believe me, Venice, with its closed establishments, empty alleys and Italian-wide savings on electricity, is not a romantic place at all - rather the entourage of a horror movie.
And I would like to say separately about an additional excursion to the islands of Murano and Burano. Don't make our mistake and don't take it! This is not an excursion, but a commercially profitable enterprise for both sides, from which Interlux obviously has a share. They won't show you the island on Murano. Right from the boat, you will be taken to a dark glassblower's workshop, where he will make a vase and a horse out of glass in 3 minutes, and then they will take you to the store. which is the purpose of this trip. They will look at you with hungry eyes, literally begging you to buy something. Marina will insist on this, too. And if you don't buy it, then you will be treated very unfriendly. From the store directly to the boat and to the Burano… All the way to him, Marina talked not about the interesting places of the Venetian Lagoon, but about one particular restaurant on the island, praising all its menus! And from the boat they took us straight there, without understanding who wanted to go and who didn't. There, Marina kissed the gums with the owner and we almost became hostages to the rules of decency and etiquette, forcing us to clench our teeth, smile politely and order at least something, even for those who did not want anything. And we had an hour for the whole Burano! Most of which we spent in this very restaurant. That is, we hardly saw any cute colored houses. Come to Venice to sail for an hour to an island where you just sing for a very high price, and then sail back for an hour! So it would be more honest to call this “excursion” not to the islands of Murano and Burano, but to a glass shop and a restaurant... it still makes me angry.
Polish hotels are traditionally good, but Italian… We spent three nights in the worst hotel in the resort town of Montecatini, the Terme Marina (if you don't believe it, read the reviews; and yes, we also joked in the group that the fact that the hotel is the namesake of our wonderful guide is very symbolic). Firstly, it is not the most convenient place to travel from it to the cities of the tour (especially to Rome), but the main thing is the hotel itself. Mmm, this is just a masterpiece of poor service! The room was completely frozen, with icy tiles, collapsed beds and cupboards. And the shower? Mmm, how lovely! To wash, it was necessary to literally assemble it from the shutters, which did not retain water at all, and the entire bathroom was wet. And what could be better on a winter tour than sleeping in jackets for three nights in a row, because thin waffle blankets don't warm you at all! Fairy tale.
From a good one. Anyway, the cities are beautiful. Even the lame organization and very limited time didn't spoil the experience (well, except for Venice - that's where Interlux did everything so that no one from the group would ever want to return to the city again). Good guides who conducted sightseeing tours. Well, we had a very close-knit and pleasant group. True, she rallied against Marina, the drivers, and Interlux in general (seriously, we used every free minute to vent, complain, and cheer each other up), but she rallied. And this can also be written down as a plus for the company and the tour.… Probably.
A tour to Spain in June '24 via Germany and France, one of the best I've been to. Absolutely everything is on top, and transit hotels, and meals, and excursions, and a vehicle. Bus travel does not seem tedious, due to the minimum of night crossings. Sanitary stops on schedule or on request. The price-quality ratio is excellent. I would especially like to mention Dmitry A., an escort who loves his job, a person who makes every effort to create comfortable conditions for vacationers. I have never met a better escort. I recommend choosing a 4* hotel from myself, it is beyond praise.

Bus: All expectations were met by bus, and the company did not try to embellish anything when answering questions. However, there is some feeling that this Chinese bus is still more for the Chinese and is intended (a small distance between the rows and narrow seats). The toilet, coffee machine, wifi and other amenities were missing as a class.
Drivers: Culture is present in the bud, which is sad. On the way back, they spent more than 40 minutes driving into some wilderness to solve some of their "dark affairs". No one received any apologies or explanations.
Guide: We were frankly lucky with Dmitry Anatsko, he is one of the most magnificent guides I have ever met. Thanks only to his charisma and passion, a number of inconveniences and negative aspects from the organization of the tour have passed into the category and to hell with them. I would sell tours with Dmitry for more :). Plus, he constantly kept in touch in Viber and updated the information to the current status. And I met the individual setting of important points on the map in phones for the first time. I can only say a big thank you to him.
Tour program: The program was rich and quite interesting. Yes, there were guided tours, but again, thanks to Dmitry Anatsko, even guided tours became interesting.
Hotel: 4* - nothing special and expected. An ordinary resort hotel with all the questions that follow. Somewhere they were poorly cleaned, somewhere there were cracks and damage in the room, etc. The only 3 elevators available were clearly not enough for so many vacationers and often had to climb on foot. The buffet will not let you starve, but it did not spoil you with variety either. Wine, juices and carbonated drinks were available for an additional fee. Coffee only in the morning. In the evening, the drinks are only water and, if desired, a decanter of wine.

If it occurs to you to go on a trip with this company, then get ready for a number of surprises, I'll probably start from the very beginning, I'm not a professional traveler, I bought the tour spontaneously, choosing an autumn trip to Italy ... the tour is cheap enough to travel to Europe, including visa support, but get ready for a variety of additional charges on the route,all of them can cost you a round sum.The bus for a week-long trip is disgusting, an old Mercedes, hard, the seats are poorly adjusted, if they are laid out in front, then you have very little space on your knees.Our tour was called Italian Switzerland, there are 3 night crossings!Comrades are tin! You just can't feel your arms or legs after a night out!Our first tour was in Prague, but oops, the bus broke down on the way there, we were 3 hours late for Prague! Accordingly, all the programs shifted and crumpled, we left Prague in the dead of night, we were in Switzerland in 9 hours, overnight transfer, not a single stop, in the morning we went to the toilet somewhere at the gas station, and then drove to the first Swiss city in which there was an excursion, Locarno and Lugano, two nice, but nothing special notable towns, except of course mountain ponors and 2 lakes with cool views and places for photos, here of course it must be said that thanks to the organizers of the tour we had to eat purely with a sense of beauty, since until the evening in Bergamo, and this is the place where we were taken for an overnight stay, neither breakfast nor lunch - not for nothing the company did not provide for money, I'll tell you more, upon arrival at the transit hotel, at 20.30, they did not offer us dinner either, but offered to go to the nearest store, only there was an autobahn between the hotel and the store, no one reached, they just did not have time, a 50-minute detour in one direction ... ate-ate they asked us to feed us at the restaurant, while they were trying to go to the store, the restaurant was already closing!The escort did not respond to our complaints and not only, somehow, like a snail, once and into the house.By the way, the transit hotel was not bad, clean, cozy, we slept, rested and life seemed to get better, and then breakfast ... the gathering was at 7 in the morning, we come, everyone is standing, and 10 people are eating in room 6 by 3, and the rest are waiting, the escort is sleeping, we almost figured it out.All this with nerves, discontent, fuss!Then there was Milan, of course everything was great, beautiful, and most importantly, the tour in Milan and Prague was led by pleasant, intelligent and historically literate guides, but the excursions in Switzerland were led by a lady who, to put it mildly, puzzled me with her statements!And so we go to Rimen, there is the end point of our route, it got hot outside, do you think the air conditioner is working on the bus? Bus tour to Spain with Berlin, Paris.
You can start with the fact that everyone around you is talking about comfortable buses, that everyone has a 21st century, a toilet works and there is Wi-Fi, but the toilet did not work On our bus, there is no Wi-Fi, charging is one extension cord in the middle of the bus (there are no questions for it, this was quite enough). The air conditioner was working, the bus was standard, the seats were moving apart, reclining. The bus did not break down on the way.
During the whole tour we had 3 guides, a girl from Minsk went abroad with us, then another guide came out and sat down (Dmitry, told everything very well, it was interesting and fascinating) and on the way back Dmitry was replaced by Yuri near Warsaw, and Yuri came out at the border, and we went on on our own, unaccompanied. This is the first time I've had a group go unaccompanied.
On the way home, before the Polish border, we were taken to the forest, then to a private house, the drivers began to take out and put something in the luggage of the bus, tear off the coffee machine from the cabin, they were silent or answered briefly to our questions about what was happening in general in the style of "you know less, you sleep better." Personally, I was afraid that I might end up in the basement of this house, when everything happens in the dark with flashlights and without an explanation of what is happening at all. Then we arrived at the gas station and the toilet, where the drivers continued to do their dark deeds, and we waited for them. It would be possible to stand at the border for this time and pass the border faster than waiting for all these events. At least if they had to do something, they could do it at the bus stop, and not everyone should sit on the bus waiting and worrying.
For some reason, we were reproached at the stops a couple of times that we stopped to use the toilet for a couple of minutes, for a few tourists, and not everyone. If there was a toilet on the bus, then there would be no problems.
The intermediate hotels were good, the breakfasts were delicious.
But in Spain, Kalea, the hotel was disgusting, three stars. When they ordered the tour, they said that there was a renovation in it, at the reception they replied that it was on the street, not inside. When I asked them to do something about it, change the room or the hotel, they said that the rooms were all like that, but they simply ignored me about moving to another hotel. Get some sleep off the road and everything won't seem so bad. NO, it didn't happen.
Terrible hotel. Leaky towels, missing old bedspreads, old ingrained dirt in the bathroom, the furniture is patched. A small room in which you can hear people talking everywhere, as if they were all standing in your room. The cockroach was also included in the room rate, it's good that it's not a cockroach family.
Half of the hotel was inhabited by people with disabilities, which is why the hotel probably holds three stars.
When asked to change the room, the reception said that all the rooms were the same and there was nowhere better.
The buffet food in the dining room is not great, but it was possible to choose something. The dishes are all dirty, you take the cup one by one, but all are dirty. Wine glasses have never been washed in the morning. napkins and appliances had to be found from the staff who walk around the dining room with a trolley.

Springs protruded from the seats. People tore their shorts. The ceiling in the bus, namely the cracks, were sealed with rags safely sticking out. Who was sitting at the end of the bus, fried like hell in a frying pan, a hundred seat backs were torn off. While we were driving, we stopped periodically, because something was falling off. And the tour declared the bus as comfortable.
