Rudeness, hatred of people and abuse of official duties on the part of some border guards has no limit!!! 01/22/2022 we were on a business trip to Warsaw, at the entrance to the Berestovica - Bobrovniki checkpoint, there are 2 border guards (sergeant and ensign) with their hands in their pockets, one of whom says: and what do you think to yourself, how will I rewrite your numbers? I answer: What kind of form of address do you have! He: you need to stop before the stop line. I answer that you would clean the snow so that it would be visible. Instead of simple words: Good afternoon! Turn it back, you need to write down the number. And that's it, no problem! After that, on the way back, the border guard officer, when checking documents, gave my passport to the foreman standing next to me, he took it to the customs officer and it began!!! I was immediately told to drive off to the right, then the vehicle was examined very carefully, then they asked me to drive off even more to the right, then only I was sent for a personal inspection with a metal detector, then they asked me to drive off and conduct an "X-ray" of the vehicle, after that it did not end, I was sent for a personal search, which is allowed only by the head of customs or deputy, or an acting person. So be careful if you come across this type of employee with this conversation format, what can you expect!! Previously, I had never met this from anyone from employees, and I drove through this checkpoint 3 times in my life! I would like to note that the customs officer behaved professionally, unlike the border guards! I did not want to write claims and dispute something, since we stayed there for 4.5 hours anyway, but in order to hold these events, we need a good reason, my suspicions of non-compliance with the law in crossing the border or moving goods and since it was not confirmed, at least we had to apologize!!! But in the end, the customs officer gave my documents back to the border guard and he wished me a safe journey with a grin!!! And it is a pity that the leadership of the border crossing, instead of working with employees to prevent this, also encourages these methods to the citizens of the country. Now, according to the work of one border guard, I have the same impression and attitude towards everyone!!!
