Trip 08/7.23. We were in a hurry to catch a plane at Barnaul airport. There is unreliable information on the station 's website . I bought a bus ticket to Barnaul. The bus does not stop at the bus station of the city of Barnaul. At 1-30 am, I was dropped off with two children, one of whom is disabled, on the highway, not reaching the city. It was not possible to call a taxi. No one wanted to go to the highway to pick up passengers.
The toilet is paid, although I warned that bus tickets are available.

There is a hotel at the station, I spent the night once waiting for an early flight. On the night of March 22-23. There were 2 women in the reception room, one of whom was drunk. They sang songs all over the floor and listened to music loudly. They reacted aggressively and arrogantly to the remark. Assuring me that they have the right to behave like this until 23:00. Apparently, the person confused the house with the workplace. I was not satisfied.
I will add a review already from 2022. Buses now run from Semey Train Station to Novosibirsk Train Station. BUT, the buses themselves are in a deplorable condition. Many backs are not fixed, they constantly fall into a "recumbent" state and believe me it is very uncomfortable. The buses were not Kazakhstani.
