We would like to express our deep gratitude to Agent Alexander P. and the ICU for the help and support provided to our family in such a difficult hour for us! When grief happened in our family, there were a lot of organizational issues that needed to be urgently addressed. But there was little strength and knowledge about this. After finding and calling several funeral homes, it turned out that despite the advertisements for a full package of services, we had to either receive certificates and allowances, or buy clothes and related products, or all together. And it was only after calling Alexander that we finally heard the offer of exactly the amount of services we were looking for! Firstly, an hour after the call, Alexander came to our house to meet and discuss all the details. He gave good advice and hints on what needs to be done and how best. He took it upon himself to solve all the issues: obtaining certificates, manuals, permission to dismantle the monument and reburial, ensuring the entire process: preparing the body, organizing a farewell in the funeral hall, delivery to the cemetery and the burial itself. He helped me find a cafe for a farewell table. He did absolutely everything! We didn't have to organize funerals at all! I was constantly in touch with all questions. Thanks to Alexander, when we parted, we had a wonderful father Vitaly, who conducted the service so sincerely and chose such words that we are still very impressed. His words went straight to my soul! Special thanks to the driver Evgeny and the loader guys. They were polite, courteous, understanding and patient with any questions that arose during the entire process. We were amazed that they were dressed in formal suits, looked very dignified and solemn. At the cemetery, a group of workers were also polite, correct, without fuss, and additionally helped at various points during the burial process. And one more important point: the amount of payment for the services corresponded to the previously agreed amount.

I express my gratitude to the company for their hard work, both moral and physical. For their professionalism, competence and responsibility. And most importantly, for simple words of support in such difficult moments. We brought a loved one from Germany and did everything possible to do everything as quickly as possible. We were always in touch, and if necessary, we provided assistance in the urgency of documents, even with strong employment.
