About the clinic itself: in general, it's not bad, but there are certainly moments where there are no shoe covers, all offices are entered in street shoes! 🤨 , and I do not see constant cleaning at the same time, respectively, sanitary standards are not strictly observed. there are often questions for the reception and administrators.

I do not recommend contacting this clinic if you are planning a natural conception. In February 2021, I turned to the head physician of the clinic, Ravil Kamilevich. She immediately let us know that we do not need IVF, we want it in a natural way. The doctor said that I have a thin endometrium and ordered a hysteroscopy. Okay, I passed the study, on the basis of it I was prescribed hormonal treatment for 3 months and Ravil Kamilevich told me not to come until I complete the course. Moreover, the doctor did not perform folliculometry for several months, he simply prescribed it according to the general scheme. As a result, by the end of the first cycle, I was in acute pain in an ambulance with a rupture of a follicular cyst. Maybe, of course, it's not the doctor's fault, but everything that happened next is definitely his fault. Because he did not ask to take any tests, even elementary LH, progesterone, etc.; I am silent about the spermogram (we did this study on our own initiative, and he made a surprised face), and a couple of months after the operation immediately began to offer me to do insemination and IVF. On the basis of what is being asked? In response, the doctor just smiles slyly. Quote "how do I know why you're not getting pregnant? She seems young." I went to Ravil Kamilevich for another six months, the doctor did not prescribe any additional examinations, and I still did not get pregnant. The doctor is aimed only at selling IVF, because, apparently, this is the only way he solves issues. Like why figure out that she's not getting pregnant there, send for hormones, compatibility, spermogram, etc., when you can immediately get IVF.
I would like to add that it is very scary when you lie and writhe in pain, it is impossible to reach the attending physician, and then the surgeons at the Kalkaman hospital say that you will die now if you do not agree to the operation. As it turned out later, I did not need a cavity operation, laparoscopy could have been done, but I had no one to consult; because Ravil Kamilevich told me "drink proginova and dufaston for 3 months, then come back." In a critical situation, you will not be able to contact him. After the operation, he told me that I was ovulating early, and that the scheme prescribed by him probably did not suit me. Um, actually, early ovulation is a pretty common situation, and if he had done folliculometry, as it should be before prescribing something, then he could have adjusted the course of treatment for me. But why do we need such troubles))
After that, I tried to get copies of the ultrasound from his nurse, which were kept by the doctor; to which she told me, there was nothing.
You know, I think that the head physician is the face of the clinic, and, in my opinion, it's just an epic fail. I just wasted a year of my life contacting your clinic and Ravil Kamilevich in particular.
