Of the cons, I barely found it. They are located in the basement. There are no signs. You can only notice it if you walk along Rustavelli Street down to Basseinaya Street. The walls in the room give a strong desire to whitewash them. The pros are the center, gentlemen. Friendly staff. I had to work with the documents and print them out. The Internet cafe has coped with this task, and this is quite a lot)
