The only good thing about this store is the website, more precisely, there are at least 2 of them and they are well "sharpened" for sales, as well as well promoted. As for the job, it was not an order, but an epic fail, of the 4 positions that were supposed to be given to an older person who stomped to their nondescript office in Kiev, 3 positions had to be changed or something was missing. 1. the antenna was given to an ignorant person without guides, i.e. one part was missing. 2. USB extension cable instead of the declared double-shielded 1.8 meters, for 39 UAH, they gave 0.5 m unshielded. 3. the modem did not work and the drivers on it were recorded from another modem (it is impossible for an ordinary person to find a driver for this particular model on the Internet) So they dragged it all to the cottage in vain to install it. The only thing that was issued correctly was the adapter from the antenna to the modem. At the same time, you need to understand that the prices for everything are sky-high. Everything is given as a bonus. Now I see that for my antenna, the model of which I saw only upon receipt, 10 meters of cable is included and not as a plus, but I paid 200 UAH more for it. But speculation is not the worst thing in the vastness of the Ukrainian Internet. In total, after negotiations with the manager who screwed up - Roman, we still agreed that the courier would take everything around Kiev. They brought it, 1. the courier was not informed that he had a replacement modem, but they still found it in his backpack, 2. the cable is not the same again, meaning it is not shielded, but the right length. I returned it. The girl on the phone apologized, everything was returned, the modem was checked. It's working now. From the good - Nino's consultant, who will explain everything to you and call you back, as well as not denying problems. One of the bad things is the negligence of the manager, who initially gave the goods to a person far from all this technology + they do not always immediately call back, it is easier to call back yourself. Guys, it's a pity for the one who made the store, was engaged in promotion and adjustment, but for such money, not to mention the price difference for routers, modems, etc. compared with the same outlet for hundreds of UAH. everything should be on top. If there are such mistakes, they need to be eliminated or not dealt with at all.
P.S. During a visit to your "office", a woman from Vinnytsia came in and asked the person who came for the goods, "And what, do you think it will work?" I would say, "Not with such an organization yet, for sure."
