Rostislav, the manager of the online store, categorically refused to meet halfway and understand the situation – his only answer was that they were not responsible for the product, because they did not produce it. And offered a discount on the purchase of Bergoff tableware. But why do I need a discount on dishes if the new hood doesn't work??? Now, when installing a new kitchen, they changed all kitchen appliances to a built-in one, and fortunately they did not fall for Rostislav's persuasions to buy another hob, oven, and dishwasher from Amrost. After all, it is not known whether the equipment will be working.

After buying a new, by no means cheap hood for 3 thousand, I now need to either take it to a service center, or pay for the arrival of the master at home (after all, we live in the Kiev region). Even to my question –"Can you at least provide a discount on the fare for the master from the service, because you sold a defective product, and with two small children I just physically can't get a hood for the service", I received a clear answer that "The prices of the online store Amrost are already small compared to other online stores, and there is a delivery. All other questions are on the buyer. And if you want to prove something through the consumer rights service, then you will not succeed, since we sold you a packaged product, it turned on (though how can I check if all the functions of embedded household appliances work when I buy when a courier is standing over my head??
