Excellent courteous staff, pleasant prices. but the site is some kind of hellish place with constant glitches. By itself, the work of the site is long and slow, it throws out from the personal account when the page is closed, the basket of goods is not saved, some kind of database update is constantly going on, you take the goods in the basket for 99 rubles, the page is updated, the product already costs 101 rubles.. What is it all about? a frequent question with the total amount, I chose the product conditionally for 60 rubles, which is clearly less than the competitors, they call me back, they say that the old price will be higher... why mislead customers .
payment is in cash only.. it is also not convenient to eat, but there are usually no problems with the return.
the last order for more than 700 rubles was simply not enough nerves, I canceled it precisely because of the site, its glitchiness, stupidity, slowness and instability.. I will overpay 10 rubles from the total amount in another place where everything is clearly clear and understandable and closer to home ...

I made an order for 2 candles, 2 oil filters, 5 liters of oil and 0.5 brakes on Friday, August 27, then called back on Saturday, called the order number, they answered me - everything will be on Monday, and they answered so quickly that it was clearly visible that the order was not punched by number. On Monday, silence, I call around 13.00, they tell me- we didn't have any light, they gave us a current right now, we start processing orders. Well ok. And after 20 minutes they call back themselves and say, we have only one candle (I don't need it for a 2-cylinder motorcycle), there is no oil either, and there is one oil filter (it's clear that neither one nor both are needed without oil), total - out of 4 positions really there was only one, a brake, which you can already buy at any car shop in any village. 3 days have been wasted. I ordered here for the first time and never set foot here again. Service - the bottom of the bottom.
