The store managers motivated the lack of a refund by the fact that their dealer, who deals with headlights, has disappeared somewhere and they cannot contact him. To my objections that, as a customer of this online store, I am not really interested in their internal structure and problems, I was informed that they are just a bulletin board. We managed to get the money back in parts after three months, calling the dealer of this store every day. It was explained that as a bulletin board, this "store" does not bear any responsibility for the product that is for sale.
