I ordered a gas column "Electrolux GWH 285 ERN NanoPro" on this website, order number 1004026. They said that at the moment, it is not available, but IT WILL BE IN A WEEK. I decided to wait, it's been a week, I'm calling to see if there is. I made several calls, the operator is either talking, or simply does not pick up the phone from my number and does not call back. The chat message is ignored. There is also no reply to the email.
After unsuccessful attempts to contact, and since the column is still "hanging on their site in stock," I placed a new order on the site so that they would call back themselves.
The new order number is 1004051, more than two weeks have passed, and no one has called.
I do not understand why waste the client's time and promise the receipt of the goods, they would say immediately that they are not in stock and will not be.
At the same time, the product itself could at least be removed from stock.
I would not waste time waiting for the goods. They could have at least picked up the bodies and apologized, said that they did not and did not arrive.
The result of cooperation with this store:
- Outdated availability on the site
- Irresponsible managers who can promise you, and then simply disappear
I highly do not recommend cooperation if they do this without lifting their bodies, when they just need to say that they did not receive it. I think it will be the same if something happens to your product, a warranty case and what else, you will simply be ignored.
