On November 27, 2019, chatting on the store's website craft.od.ua with their consultant, I clearly said that I needed two sets (male and female) of thermal underwear NOT for sports (I have screenshots of correspondence).
He advised me on certain models, which I bought.
After receiving the order, it turned out that these are models for sports, and that they are cold at -2.
I visited the site again today craft.od.ua and he explained the situation that this product does not suit me, and offered to exchange for another one from their store. The consultant refused in the chat, said that he could not help in any way, after I asked for a clear answer that they refused to exchange (or refund money) for me — ** the consultant turned off the chat on the site** to get rid of the client.
I called (048) 788-90-91, the girl answered, and after greeting me, I immediately gave her my order number so that she would better understand what was going on.
After checking the order number, the first question from her is: "And what's wrong with this order?".
I explained the situation to her. She replied that this kit is ** for sports** and therefore it is colder, and then I replied that I clearly told the consultant in the chat that I **DO NOT** need thermal underwear for sports, and asked why the consultant advised me this.
In general, the situation ended with the fact that I was categorically refused an exchange for another product, as well as a refund, and with this I will first go to the bank (to cancel the payment to the card that the store sent me in an SMS). If my evidence is not enough for the bank (screenshots of all correspondence, SMS messages, invoice number, etc.), then I will go to the Police to write a statement.
