It all started very well. I called, clarified the availability and price. We agreed on delivery the next day. Everything has been agreed. I'm waiting. The day of delivery has arrived. I was not at home at the time of delivery. The order was accepted by my father (75 years old ) . She warned that they should give 50 UAH in change. The courier called.She explained how to go and said that they were waiting for him. When I arrived home the next day, it turned out that they did not give me change, but on the contrary, the price increased by 120 UAH. No one warned me, did not call back and did not ask if I agreed, if I could spend 120 UAH more. I called the manager. They listened to me. They said they couldn't do anything, the price had gone up. and the fact that they did not warn "Sorry". After long conversations, they refused to compensate me for the difference and offered to return the goods. They said if I made an order online and I would have a confirmation of the price that the manager who accepted the order told me. Then they called and said they could transfer 100 UAH to the card. I asked to top up my phone number. Today is the third day I've been waiting. I probably need to call again. Maybe you forgot the number ;-).
Definitely, an order in this store needs to be made via the Internet, so that it does not happen that the price could rise during the journey.
