Perhaps, in terms of yarn, the store is wonderful, but there is an essential detail in the interaction with the buyer.
Knitting needles are also sold in this store.
Knitting needles are a working tool for hand knitting, not accessories, as it is positioned in this store, and, by the way, in many other stores, knitting needles can be found in the "accessories" section. Again, this is NOT hardware.
Fittings are parts and accessories. This is something that will be part of the finished product, not a tool for making the product.
The situation itself:
I bought ShveyTorg circular metal spokes 40 cm No. 2.0;
I tried knitting on them at home and found out that the thread clings strongly at the junction of the knitting needle and the cable, which is why it is extremely inconvenient to use these needles; this is a clear disadvantage of the product, such needles cannot be called high-quality;
the next day after buying the spokes, I went to the store to return these spokes, but was refused a refund, because, allegedly, these are accessories and are non-refundable, which is even written on the papers pasted on the wall.
The refund on my part was justified by the inconvenience of using the product.
And now the most important thing.
Knitting needles are not included in the list of non-refundable items. The buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days if defects affecting its use have been found.

A clinging thread, sometimes even with a puff, is a clear drawback, as was said.
By all rights, the spokes should have been taken back.
But there is another point in the work of this store: they did not give me a receipt. And with a clear conscience, they can refuse a refund based on the lack of supporting documents about the purchase.
Do the sellers of this store give you a receipt for the purchase, or do you ask them about it every time?
Read the rules and laws. Take the check and defend your rights.
