I ordered a Deuter Dream Lite 350 L sleeping bag from this store. I made an order the day before I left, called in advance and clarified whether my sleeping bag was definitely available. The manager said Yes, everything is OK, we will bring it. I'm happy, I'm waiting, looking forward to my vacation. The driver arrives and brings it... ANOTHER bag model is smaller in size (and with my height this is a fundamental issue) and lower in cost. I started looking at the courier's invoice - but my model is still listed there (respectively, at an inflated price). Call to the store: blah, blah, blah, we made a mistake. Neither excuse me, nor let's come up with something... They say: If you don't want it, don't take it. The conclusion is that the store wanted to throw me - to sell a lower-priced model at an inflated price. I DO NOT RECOMMEND contacting a store like this.
