In principle, a good service center, they know how to repair here and have proven it more than once, only recently they have relaxed, either "got stuck", or just "broke in", but they refuse simple repairs, referring to the inexpediency of repair, then to the lack of spare parts (although as it turned out later, none spare parts were not needed), in general, some kind of indifference is observed.
