So-so impressions. We were traveling as a family to Gelenzhik . The documents said that the room was,,comfort,, but in fact it turned out to be economy . The money was paid for a normal room. The call did not help to sort out this situation. They didn't apologize. I had to move for an additional fee and spoil my vacation experience
