The hotel is located within walking distance from the Sovetskaya local Nevsky Prospekt, recreation garden and Brest fortress. Very convenient. The hotel staff is hospitable
A great hotel for your money! Cleanliness, the beds are comfortable. There are shampoos and gels, you don't need to take anything with you.Breakfasts for a fee (small) are both delicious and fast. But the coolest thing is the location! Just the center of the city. There is also a pedestrian street with a lamplighter who lights the lights every day.I recommend it!!!
An excellent hotel for its price. I had a single room on the 9th floor. Among the advantages are clean, white bed linen, as well as towels. Comfortable mattress and pillow. Good wifi. There are breakfasts, three options to choose from, the cost is 11 rubles. I have porridge (delicious), eggs, cheese, butter, sausage, loaf, sweet cheese and tea
Don't wait for a suite! A clean, well-maintained hotel, where everything works and there is everything you need for a comfortable stay nearby! Breakfast is prepared, the bar (unfortunately) is not round the clock with state prices for alcohol (very cheap), near the club, pizzeria, groceries, Brest prison (if you are on a weekday - go there for an excursion!
The breakfasts are delicious, but the portions are small. The room is clean. The bed linen is as good as new. It was nice to sleep. The staff is friendly. I booked without prepayment. I recommend this hotel.
We arrived at this hotel with a class, there were no special expectations, but what happened turned out to be a complete disappointment. It is clear that the rooms were inexpensive, but this does not give the right: do not clean, do not replace broken fixtures, faucets, etc.
And now about everything in order, as soon as we checked in, an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom immediately hit our nose, it smelled as if someone had died right there. The bathtub itself is very dirty, as is the toilet, which for some reason is located close to the wall. By the way, someone did die in this room, and it's not even my nerve cells, but a cockroach under the bedside table.
This problem was not only in our room, people constantly complained about dirt, broken lights, lack of fans, which are located in each room by poking (one of the identical rooms could be missing things that are in the second)
I will not even talk about the dust that was everywhere.
I wanted to find the advantages in this hotel and noticed the kettle, but the trouble is - it has mold and it is as dirty as everything here, including the windows.
Bottom line: it is better to overpay and reach interesting objects by yourself than to live in such conditions
We stayed in August for one night on the 10th floor. Clean, bright. There is a water cooler on the floor. The plumbing is not new, but it works properly. The beds didn't creak. Compared to a similar hotel in Minsk, it is two times cheaper. There are cafes, shops nearby, there is a place to walk. The fortress and the museum of railway equipment are not very far away. I boldly recommend it.
I liked everything.
The view from the window is gorgeous.
The furniture in the room is without dull modern plastic.
There is an exhibition of paintings on the floor.
The price is acceptable.
Next time I will consider this hotel again.
The service is good. Everyone in the dining room is generally polite) There is Wi-Fi. The elevator really broke down, then drove for a long time)
The hotel can be said to be in the center. Everything is nearby. We had a view from the window of the Temple).
The hotel prices are normal, in general the rooms are acceptable, but for some reason the rooms in the price range differ in quality. The room is warm in winter. The rooms are being renovated. The rooms are clean. The Brest fortress is not far away within walking distance, and you can also walk to the Christmas tree. I had a nice bed in my single room and a nice soft, comfortable armchair. There was no kettle. Horizon TV with a minimum number of channels. I didn't go to the restaurant, but I could take cups and water with tea or coffee to the room. The staff is friendly.
Everything is fine! The room is clean, everything you need is there, and if not, they will bring it! Thanks! The location of the hotel in the city center is very convenient.
It's a beautiful city. The hotel is not bad.But there are double rooms, well, not very small at all.Bees fly up to the 8th floor, so you can wake up in the morning with unwanted guests. The food on the second floor is not very good. And the location is very convenient.Nearby there is a center and many shops.
About the hotel... Parking is spontaneous, there are no places if you drive up on a weekday. There is a toll booth nearby. We had a two-room room. Mud, mud everywhere! It seems that they just change the bed linen, they don't even take a rag in their hands to simply brush off dust and greasy stains. The breakfasts are passable. The only advantage of this hotel is its location, it is in the center. P. S did not list all the little things in the room that were not working, out of order, clogged.. In general, it's bad! I don't recommend it, definitely.
Good location, room for 1 or 2 nights, wonderful. Parking is not large. The breakfast is poor. In general, if you do not find fault, then it is quite good and not expensive.
Kapets, what audibility, the walls are thin, it was heard from the side of the 5th floor, a man was playing the violin at night. The breakfasts are covered, very sparse. The location is excellent, all shops are at hand, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance, as well as one of the central pedestrian streets of the city. The room has everything for comfort: air conditioning, hairdryer, refrigerator. But there is a problem with the water supply to the toilet tank, a malfunction.
The location of the hotel is ideal: one way - Brest Fortress is 30 minutes away. walking distance, 200 meters away is the pedestrian Sovetskaya Street with the famous lamplighter. From the train station 30 min.walking or taking a taxi for 7 minutes for 5.5 rubles. The conditions are quite acceptable for 78 rubles. for a room for two. There is a mini fridge, a kettle, a lot of towels. There is no hair dryer. You can leave your belongings at the hotel after check-out. I definitely recommend it!
The room is clean, the bed linen is nice and clean, the mattresses are excellent. The bathroom is large (accessories included.) I booked a 2-room room on the 8th floor. Great view. The very center of Brest, all the sights are at hand.
We were in a hotel suite. This is a very nice room, modern decoration, very clean, I liked the buffet with nickel silver spoons and crystal glasses separately.
An old hotel. The staff is good. The rooms are clean. I recommend it for a short stay. Minus: noise from the adjacent road. The prices are quite decent.
Great hotel! We booked one night, the price and quality match! The room is renovated, the view from the window of the temple! The fortress is a 15-minute walk away. The hotel is in the very center! 5 minutes from the pedestrian street.
A great option for a budget overnight stay, modest but clean. Everything you need is in the room. A good and prompt breakfast. Only fans of smoking in the room would still be accommodated on a separate floor, in general, it would be super.
Of the advantages: 1) Good location; 2) Loyal price; 3) Solid lobby and reception; 4) Cozy and large dining room; 3) Delicious breakfasts; 4) Good bed linen and towels. Of the minuses: 1) The main and main - in the room the wallpaper falls off the walls. Sockets are barely fixed in the walls. Plumbing was installed during the time of the "king of Peas". The door block and the jamb to the bathroom, all the furniture, the TV are even older than the plumbing. The carpet is dirty. The seats of the chairs are even dirtier than the carpet. In short, there is a quiet horror in the room. It was scary to touch anything. It would be nicer to spend the night in the lobby. Perhaps not all such numbers. But on the 9th floor they are exactly like that. I would also note very modest breakfasts in volume, but this is a trifle compared to the condition of the room
The hotel is located in a good location, near the Central Department Store and interesting historical sites, everything is within walking distance, the rooms are cozy, the food is modest, but tasty and high-quality, which is important, we were satisfied
This is exactly the case when you should not read too many negative reviews.
I really liked the hotel! All the most interesting things in Brest are nearby. There is a private, guarded Parking lot. The rooms are clean, cozy, everything that should work is working.
Thank you so much for a great stay!
It's a pretty big hotel. As it seemed to me from the description and reviews - one of the best in Brest. But...
1. They could not register us for a long time, because the program did not work on the respeshen. I had to leave the passports and go back for them, which was inconvenient, because we needed them.
2. The hotel is located in the city center. This is both a plus and a minus. Close to attractions and cafes, but very noisy in the evening. We were in April - bikers on motorcycles and cars under the windows were making noise half the night. If you close the window, it's a little quieter, but then it gets very stuffy. The room has air conditioning, but it's scary to catch a cold under it if you sleep like that all night.
Otherwise, everything is fine. Breakfast is acceptable, but in general it is possible without it - there is a place to eat nearby. The hotel has several breakfast options, offering one to choose from. Upon request, we wrapped up one breakfast with us, we had to leave early. Thanks a lot for that!
The room itself is clean, spacious, and bright (we had a junior suite). View of the city. No one from the neighboring rooms interfered, it was quiet. The only thing that confused me was some guy with pasta and sausages, who ate them right in the elevator. Not quite acceptable for a good-level hotel, in my opinion. Quite a different contingent stays at this hotel.
I liked the double room on the sixth floor very much. There is a TV, refrigerator, kettle, air conditioning. The repair was done very recently, everything is neat. The ceiling light, you can turn on half or all of the four LED lights. Plus small lamps in the headboards of the beds. Stretch ceiling. The bathroom is standard, shower, toilet, sink, there is a hair dryer. In the hallway there is a locker with four hangers and a bedside table for shoes.
It was August 23, 2024, a cool hotel, there is everything you need, clean, the only drawback is turning off the WiFi, if you still have to be in Brest, then only an Intourist. Thanks!!!
A pleasant guest, there is everything necessary in the room (it is strange that when we booked a hotel with meals on ozone, the food turned out to be 1 per room, we took two rooms for two adults and two children, but these are questions about the ozone system)
A half-hour walk from the hotel to the fortress, many people ride scooters and bicycles on the territory of the fortress.
The Shiikar location. Everything is within walking distance. Thank you so much for the hot towel rail (this is extremely rare in hotels). I just ask you to pay attention to dust cleaning. Such a thing as a fan should also be wiped. (They washed themselves, do not breathe dust in the heat) .
The check-in surprised me. Specifically, the attitude towards me as a guest and the discipline of work. Check out of the hotel for some reason at 9 a.m., although it says that the check-out time is at 12:00. "But you can leave at 10" - killed. I paid in cash. 100 Belarusian rubles for a room with a conder. An hour later, I went down to ask for a check for payment, but I got on a shift shift, so I was asked not to wait, but after handing over the key, go about my business. They say they will make a check by my arrival. Attention! I'm coming back. At the reception after the shift change, another person says that the room has not been paid. I am in the database, but the payment has not been entered. Without conflicts, the check was issued after a short time. I don't know if they found the money or not. There are cameras on the other side.
The two local rooms do not have microwaves and ancient TVs, but everything is fine, the store is nearby, good interior decoration and relatively recent renovation
It is perfectly located, the view of the Central Department Store is gorgeous, the two-room room is excellent. It's warm, cozy and good. Minus breakfast, omelette, bun with butter and cheese, liver for tea, it would be perfect. Maybe pancakes. Cabbage in the morning is not very good. And there's nothing to drink tea with.
Convenient location. The center is nearby. The room has everything you need. Beautiful view of the temple from the window, sunset in the evening. The staff is polite
This is a wonderful hotel both in terms of location and quality of rooms. From the window there was a view of the monument to the defenders of the Brest fortress. Many shops and food outlets are located nearby, including pedestrian street. The Soviet one, where the lanterns are lit every evening.
A Soviet hotel, once renovated, but stuck in the 90s.
There is a small refrigerator in the room, a fan instead of an air conditioner, although there is even a place outside the window for the latter, but then something went wrong, the Horizon TV from the nineties, which hardly shows several channels with analog ripples.
The bathroom has a large and good Soviet bathtub, which is not found in modern hotels. Towels in quantity and quality are given at least four stars.
The furniture is passable. On each floor there is a smoking room at the end of the corridor, there is also a fire escape, which you can go out and admire, as it was here 30 years ago.
There is a cooler on the floor, but on the first day there was no water, on the second there was.
There is also an exhibition and sale of paintings by local artists on the floor. It's beautiful and curious.
Breakfast has a choice of three ready-made options, quite tasty, but frankly not enough.
The high floors offer a pretty good view of the city.
Contradictory. It'll do for one night.
A great old-fashioned hotel. The furniture has been updated. The breakfast is good. The place is beautiful. Everything is nearby: the Brest fortress, a beautiful pedestrian street, shops, a cinema, cafes, a market and shopping centers!
We spent the night with my husband from 03/31/2014, took a two-room double room on the 8th floor. We were pleasantly surprised, after reading various reviews, by the room.
A large flat-screen TV with lots of channels, a sofa, armchairs, a refrigerator - this is the first room. The second room has a large bed, very comfortable with snow-white linen, good sound insulation of the walls. There are disposable sets and towels in the bathroom. There were also disposable slippers. The bathtub itself is not new, but it is quite possible to take a shower. There are three breakfast options to choose from. The food is excellent, fresh cheese and ham. Coffee from the coffee machine, very good. There was also a kettle and water in the room, and a water cooler on the floor.
I liked everything. Clean, calm, quiet. Thanks to Brest and the Intourist Hotel for a wonderful comfortable stay. The room (double suite) had everything you needed.
I was in the beautiful city of Brest this weekend. I spent the night in Intourist Brest. In a superior single room. Very nice room. Quiet. Clean. Everything you need is there (although a teapot in the room would not hurt). Wonderful staff, sincerely caring about the guests. Very tasty breakfasts in the lobby bar. There is a luggage storage if you need to leave things after vacating the room. I really liked everything. I am sure that I will come more than once!
An ordinary Soviet hotel, it is clear that they strive to be more modern, but so far it is not very successful. It would be nice to update the towels, at least so that the guests in the same room have the same towels and are not torn. But for the money that Brest offers, it's not bad at all.
Many thanks to the staff and management of the hotel for the excellent service, friendly attitude to people , for the accurate work and for the cleanliness in the rooms. We will definitely stop again .
The rooms are good, there was a fresh renovation. However, the bathtub gives the impression of the age of the hotel itself. There is parking, but it is paid, they charged us 8 rubles per night, and there is no direct access to it from the hotel, it's a long way to go with heavy bags.
The economy class room is just terrible. Two sockets for the whole room, which are designed for a refrigerator and a TV. There is a smell of urine in the toilet, there is not even an air freshener. The bathtub is cracked and dirty. The wallpaper is shabby, the furniture, as well as the repair, has been at least 30 years old. There are no elementary things like a shoe spoon, of course there is no question about a hair dryer. Parking is paid, but even there there is no right to choose a place for your car. It is not clear on what principle the parking attendant decides this. One of the advantages is a good location, there are many cafes, shops nearby, and attractions nearby.
A good hotel. Minus there was one outlet for everything. The rooms are clean. Comfortably. Large windows. Fridge. There are clean towels and sets in the bathroom.
The hotel is clean, but the furniture is all from the past.
Probably the most problematic thing is the elevators. The hotel has a large number of rooms, so it is problematic to wait.
At night, young people were having gatherings in the lobby, no one cared about it.
