There is always a queue at the exchange office, but the staff is nice and responsive. The location is good. Beautiful facade. There are ATMs nearby on the street, which is very convenient.

Polite and helpful staff, it seems the bank has not yet issued licenses for some financial transactions! I received refusals several times to transfer funds through current accounts! The other day I went to get a transfer, the transfer was with a tail of 50 dollars! They offered bags, explaining the lack of CHANGE! When asked why, the answer was that I could GO get it from another bank! I'll add, I stood, I waited! They could have hung a sign with no change!
