I recently rented a villa in Koh Samui through the Investment Property Lab, and it was a great experience! The company really justifies the title of an expert in luxury real estate in Thailand. I was quickly selected an option that meets all my needs: a magnificent view of the sea, a spacious terrace and complete comfort for relaxation. The rental process went smoothly — from consultation to check-in, everything was clearly organized.
I especially liked that the staff promptly answered questions and helped with additional requests, for example, with renting a car. The villa turned out to be in perfect condition, everything is as shown in the photo. It was difficult to find a villa in high season, I tried a couple of options from other agents and I didn't like the location or the quality of the repair, I turned to the guys, they worked quickly for 10 days and I went to the beach front villa, it would be possible to improve only the car selection service
