The most gorgeous place for fitness!!! A large spacious gym, excellent exercise equipment and additional rooms for group training. A cool pool, comfortable showers and a steam room. A place where you don't have to wait in line for the projectile, there is always a free alternative option. There is a bar where you can have a snack and drink coffee and, of course, pick up a healthy cocktail for training. A very convenient subscription and pass control system through the mobile app and face ID, they give out a bathrobe and towels. Friendly, helpful and professional instructors! Great gym. There are a lot of new simulators and different zones. A room for crossfit and yoga. Good showers and a changing room. A good bath complex.
Of the minuses: there is no Parking, there is no rental of boxes, quite expensive in comparison with other halls. But the quality is worth it.

One of the best fitness halls in Nur Sultan. There are individual and group workouts (bootcamp, stretching, boxing, yoga and many others). There is also a small swimming pool, classes for infants. Plus the Hero's journey marathon, a super program for a month of various group workouts with trainers in specially equipped gyms. The equipment is new, it is cleaned well, often, the air conditioners work perfectly, there is no smell of sweat. There is a minibar. I also saw that there is a kindergarten. The coaches are all professional and polite. The changing rooms are large, there are enough showers for everyone, there is a sauna. They give two towels and a bathrobe. There are hair dryers, cotton pads and ear sticks. I've been going there with pleasure for the fourth month. And I will still walk.

A stunning hall. The most modern.
It's great to work out, then go to the steam room (sauna), drink a cocktail and go home to recover. The best gym, there are all the simulators that are only needed. There are halls for group training.

It's a little weak for the title of the best fitness club. The equipment of the hall is good, the staff is trying, but still there are failures.
1) terrible wooden benches in the locker room. Just like street shoes, with gaps in which absolutely everything slips off and falls on the shoes standing below, sometimes someone else's, or the floor.
2) It is clear that they are trying to keep clean. The manager is looking at something, taking pictures, the cleaners are rubbing, but at the same time the box with cotton pads is still standing with cotton flakes mixed with dust at the bottom.
3) the water in the shower switches from cold to boiling water when the number of washes decreases. This is literally traumatic, today's back burn confirmed and motivated me to write this review.
4) there was a request for a coach, 2 people wrote to me, I went to one of them for training, where they corrected me in the hope of retraining. Subsequently, it turned out that the coach was not an expert in this sport at all, but in a different way! How is that even possible? I'm not asking for a friend's help, I'm paying for personal training in a specific sport!
Gentlemen, work, work and work on the service!

Super location, everything in this Green mall has different restaurants, a supermarket. I recommend this club to everyone. I am a member of this club myself. Modern gym, clean, excellent service. Several types of saunas, a large swimming pool. There are a lot of group activities. Parking is a bit problematic, but you can rent a covered parking lot.

They position themselves as a luxury class. If you look around Astana, unfortunately, the level is really above average, but not because the customer orientation is at the highest level, but because everything is very sad in Astana with the level of service....
The very first thing you will encounter when visiting, or rather stumble: this is the step at the entrance... I don't understand why it wasn't possible to make the entire floor one level.....
In principle, the equipment of the gym is one of the best, not all simulators work online, because there are problems with Wi-Fi. There are coaches' services, my husband constantly paid for a coach in addition to the subscription, I studied without their help, because their attitude towards me was not friendly.....
Swimming pool. A separate pain..... Starting with leaky robes, sometimes smelling bad, and up to the attitude towards you when you are already in the pool. There is not always hot water in the shower, very often there is no liquid soap in the showers, the music frankly sucks at times, it is especially annoying when the kids in the children's pool scream with anguish ...... Periodically the hair in the pool is wound around their fingers.... Because there is no strict requirement for a swimming cap. Sometimes it's too stuffy in the pool, sometimes it's too fresh, so it's very, very cool to swim. That is, the ability of the sports club to maintain service at the same good level is not observed, as luck would have it....
We went with the whole family for more than a year. My husband liked it, he worked out in the gym with a trainer, everything is fine. I'm in the pool: a constant struggle for an untidy bathrobe, for doors that open and close normally, for cleanliness (some customers enter the pool, walking through the showers, in street shoes, and I and the children sometimes barefoot there....)
The children were engaged in the pool with the coaches. Here they are the most satisfied! Special thanks to the coaches: Milan, Makhambet, Alexandra - super! The children loved them, ran to the training, waited for the next training session with impatience, the progress is excellent!
And yes, Invictus has been promising to open a new room with pools for children for almost two years, and prices have even been raised (although it's not cheap), but in the end I can't say that we are delighted. I hope the new room will be improved, a huge number of steps, lack of handrails, I hope no one will fall..... And again, the step at the entrance is already like a business card....
But still, dear Invictus, please improve, the children really like it! And the ice maker is an interesting thing! Only there is an error in the inscription, the word 'lie down' is not in Russian....

Everything is through the sales department, I came in the evening and couldn't even see the hall without a salesman. One-time and monthly are inadequate, therefore they do not have prices on the website. It is beneficial for any gym that you do not go to the gym, but buy a subscription. A scheme is used here to actually get you divorced for money, this is an indirect fraud, but it is obvious to understanding people.
Reading the comments, terribly surprised, people write about leaky bathrobes, the smell of urine in the showers, dirty showers, etc. But they put 4-5 stars. In Kazakhstan, of course, the overall level of service is low, but you need to have reasonable self-respect

In general, everything is fine, but I think it's better to let them tell you about the shortcomings than to try to find them yourself. The showers are dirty, especially closer to the sauna, the doors in the lockers need to be lifted often so that they close, a couple of times I went to practice like that, but the locker was not closed, the doors need to be adjusted. There is no Magnesia for most of the month. The application is inconvenient, in fact, there is nothing to brag about except signing up for classes. We could have added the ability to record our own workouts, rather than using coaching ones and link them to wellness, then the newsletter would have been interesting. And then useless data comes, because not all simulators have the ability to track a workout, and even if you train with someone in a pair, it's inconvenient to log in one at a time. In short, the software is very raw. And the most annoying thing for me is the bracelet, it flies off very easily a couple of times I almost lost it, its clasp works on God's word, I would change the supplier and focus on reliability.

Compared to the World class, of course INVICTUS is 100,000 steps ahead. I like everything. Only urine smells in the shower near the wet sauna. And there are intermittent water outages in all showers. And very often the water quickly "winks", i.e. sharply cold or sharply unbearably hot becomes. I try to wash with cold water so as not to get burned when the water changes again. It's difficult to bathe children. In the last few times, I bathed the children at home after the pool, in order to avoid burns.

But the biggest disadvantage is the problems with the constant supply of hot water. The contrast shower in the sauna area is no longer working in full mode. But if the hygienic shower is not turned off in the steam room, then there is no hot water at all. We need a good plumber)).
