A pretentious place . Crowds of people.There is no way to get there by car during rush hours. Instead of an electronic key for the locker, the "show-off" system is via an application in a smartphone, which you need to carry everywhere with you, especially in the pool and in showers and saunas, it is "convenient ". the club is not responsible for the stolen phone, but naturally they assure that they have never had such a thing. crowds of people walk through the halls. the application is buggy and it is necessary to nag at the reception then, solve the issue. on Saturdays, before lunch, the entire pool is for children's groups. information is not required.!!!
Parking (2 hours free) is always occupied, but there is a paid parking nearby, which is also occupied.The simulators are new, they stand right next to each other. There is no door to the locker room, the nook is just like a show-off too. And it seems so clean. the pool is 25 meters . the maximum depth is 2.2 m. 125 thousand tons per month and another 50 for the coach's groups in the pool and 120 for the coach in the gym for 10 classes .Read carefully the rules for visiting the club on their website. Ban for 3 days((( not customer-oriented at all. It didn't happen before, I go for the second year! Someone can unlock a subscription, but for someone the "rules are the same". Instructors of group programs often change, without explanation! Staff turnover. It's worth getting used to one coach, after a couple of months he's gone! Management should sometimes conduct surveys among their clients so that the work is better and take into account the opinions of their regular customers!

The price is high-the service is low! The constant problem with opening lockers in the locker room! Saunas are not working regularly!
Parking has been made paid in violation of the contract! They behave like Small ***, for free for 2 hours, but you will not succeed in actually working out and sitting in the sauna for 2 hours! So every workout is plus 600tg for parking!
Money is not the problem! This attitude causes a feeling of disgust! What kind of Club is this where you are limited in time of arrival!I'm getting my subscription and moving to a decent place! Where is the honest relationship between the club and its visitors!
