Terrible attitude of the staff. Shock. Taking a swab was just torture, it had never happened before, it was either worthless equipment or unprofessionalism beyond the limit.
I do not know how to take an analysis so that such consequences remain....I am outraged, on the day of the handover I could not do anything with this hand, and the next day there were hematomas on the whole arm. In 28 years, this has never happened in my life, and my skin is not sensitive!
