No one monitors the accuracy of the schedule on the site. I came to take an analysis and it turned out that the schedule on the site does not correspond to reality.
No one tried to solve the issue, the courier left - that's the whole answer. They said on the phone that the schedule on the website may not always be correct (then why do you need it?)
The quality department called. I just apologized. Therefore, no one will solve the errors caused by the invitro, or somehow settle the issue, while maintaining the loyalty of the client, they will apologize in words at most. I will try to avoid this laboratory.

Thanks for the feedback. But unfortunately, the laboratory did not live up to my expectations!!! The long wait for the analysis, getting the result leaves much to be desired! The link to the results has arrived, but it is not active!!! Upon request, the information center said that they would update it within a day....

A good laboratory, analyzes are done efficiently and on time. There is a cooler with water and free coffee from the vending machine after the procedure. At the reception there is a small showcase with cosmetics at normal prices. The advantage and at the same time the disadvantage is that the laboratory is on the ground floor of an apartment building. It's good for the locals. It was not convenient for me to walk around small kennels, I could not separate from anyone I met. Well, when I came to the laboratory, no one was there, but then people began to come and the 5th person at the reception and in the laboratory itself it was already cramped.
