Due to incorrect information from the operator, the analysis was refused, due to the fact that in this particular laboratory the analysis is taken only from a vein, not from a finger. I would like to point out that the analysis is taken on an empty stomach, so this refusal was even more unpleasant. It was only suggested to return to the doctor who issued the referral and change the wording of the referral. Naturally, it's impossible to do this day in and day out. Or you can stay pregnant for almost a day without eating. I am extremely dissatisfied with the department's work. I would like to point out that in another laboratory, with my consent to take venous blood, I was tested. That is, the problem is not in the direction, but in the bureaucratic approach of this company.

A common problem is with the technical component:the medical staff talks about frequent failures of the software that they have on their computers.I visited the invitro 2 times during the week and both of them are not without problems.They took me in 20 minutes later due to the fact that the doctor simply did not see my appointment for the set time.

I took the test on Thursday at about 10 a.m., there were no people at all. The blood was taken from the vein absolutely painlessly and without hematomas .

I was with my daughter at Independence, 40. Very nice girls work. The lab assistant is just wonderful!!! My daughter donated blood from a vein for the first time, was stressed before the analysis, and the laboratory assistant calmed her down in every possible way, after that they gave her a candy bar and a bracelet, stickers. I visited the invitro clinic, got to the doctor of ultrasound - Kochetkova Natalia Eduardovna, before that I went around about 5 clinics, more than one doctor, more than one clinic could not give me a normal result, I did ultrasound of the pelvic organs to determine pregnancy, in other clinics doctors scared me, no one saw pregnancy, they sent me to the hospital, put ectopic - everything possible ..
I visited the Invitro today, the woman said after 20 seconds of examination that everything was fine, and the fetus was developing on time, and in the uterus.

14.08 there was a need to do a covid test promptly (appointed for planned hospitalization). They clarified by typing in the center how quickly the result would be ready, 1 working day was announced, excluding the day of taking the biomaterial, i.e. 15.08 to 23:59 readiness, it fully satisfied. The same response was received upon arrival for the analysis itself. PCR was performed, the results did not arrive by e-mail or Viber within the announced time.
Even on 16.08 in the morning (at 7, 8 and even 9 am) there are also no results (the information message "The order has been accepted, it will be ready until 08/15/2024 inclusive" is displayed on the website. When calling the center itself, "A specialist will contact you" and then absolute silence).
When calling again and trying to clarify the reasons for the delay, it was announced: "the result is ready, but there is a failure in sending, they will also not be able to print it in the center, because the file is not yet available in the database for printing. We will clarify when the failure will be resolved and we will contact you."
Due to the lack of results, hospitalization almost failed on time (the result came on 16.08 at 9:54)
I applied to this center for the first time, but with such a level of service and timely fulfillment of my obligations, if necessary, I will definitely not contact this institution and recommend it to others

It is an absolutely stupid situation when the staff almost does not use the electronic queue. People crowd one after another in a private clinic, as if in a public hospital in 2005: swearing, confusion, "who's the last one?"... can't you build a systematic approach?
Next: I have an appointment at 9 a.m. in the ultrasound room - their printer stopped working in the morning. Doctors ran all over the corridor and tried to solve an unsolvable situation - and failed. Dead end. An epoch-making event - the printer broke down. As a result, I had to start the procedure only at 9:30... I woke up at 7 a.m. on my day off to arrive on time. I really appreciate my time and it costs a lot, who should I bill? It is very significant that a clinic with a prestigious name is not able to provide its employees with equipment, as well as the services of a system administrator.
