The staff is very polite, they will answer all questions in detail and dispel any doubts, they will tell you the best price offer if you need to take various tests. I took the test on Thursday at about 10 a.m., there were no people at all. The blood was taken from the vein absolutely painlessly and without hematomas .
Additional services, such as a gynecologist's appointment or ultrasound, are also included in the new range of services of this center. I took tests at another center, the results were ready by the evening of the same day, they arrive very quickly by mail, or they can be picked up from them.
I was very satisfied with the high-quality and fast service, I will come back again. I advise everyone.

I was with my daughter at Independence, 40. Very nice girls work. The lab assistant is just wonderful!!! My daughter donated blood from a vein for the first time, was stressed before the analysis, and the laboratory assistant calmed her down in every possible way, after that they gave her a candy bar and a bracelet, stickers. The child is delighted, so am I! 100 out of 10 😁🔥

Invitro is the best laboratory. I have been to this branch 2 times. Friendly staff, there are almost no queues. The nurse gives the injection very professionally, it does not feel at all. After the injection, they give a coupon for a hot drink. The tests always arrive earlier than promised.

It is an absolutely stupid situation when the staff almost does not use the electronic queue. People crowd one after another in a private clinic, as if in a public hospital in 2005: swearing, confusion, "who's the last one?"... can't you build a systematic approach?
Next: I have an appointment at 9 a.m. in the ultrasound room - their printer stopped working in the morning. Doctors ran all over the corridor and tried to solve an unsolvable situation - and failed. Dead end. An epoch-making event - the printer broke down. As a result, I had to start the procedure only at 9:30... I woke up at 7 a.m. on my day off to arrive on time. I really appreciate my time and it costs a lot, who should I bill? It is very significant that a clinic with a prestigious name is not able to provide its employees with equipment, as well as the services of a system administrator.

I visited the invitro clinic, got to the doctor of ultrasound - Kochetkova Natalia Eduardovna, before that I went around about 5 clinics, more than one doctor, more than one clinic could not give me a normal result, I did ultrasound of the pelvic organs to determine pregnancy, in other clinics doctors scared me, no one saw pregnancy, they sent me to the hospital, put ectopic - everything possible ..
I visited the Invitro today, the woman said after 20 seconds of examination that everything was fine, and the fetus was developing on time, and in the uterus.

14.08 there was a need to do a covid test promptly (appointed for planned hospitalization). They clarified by typing in the center how quickly the result would be ready, 1 working day was announced, excluding the day of taking the biomaterial, i.e. 15.08 to 23:59 readiness, it fully satisfied. The same response was received upon arrival for the analysis itself. PCR was performed, the results did not arrive by e-mail or Viber within the announced time.
Even on 16.08 in the morning (at 7, 8 and even 9 am) there are also no results (the information message "The order has been accepted, it will be ready until 08/15/2024 inclusive" is displayed on the website. When calling the center itself, "A specialist will contact you" and then absolute silence).
When calling again and trying to clarify the reasons for the delay, it was announced: "the result is ready, but there is a failure in sending, they will also not be able to print it in the center, because the file is not yet available in the database for printing. We will clarify when the failure will be resolved and we will contact you."
Due to the lack of results, hospitalization almost failed on time (the result came on 16.08 at 9:54)
I applied to this center for the first time, but with such a level of service and timely fulfillment of my obligations, if necessary, I will definitely not contact this institution and recommend it to others

Потратила деньги за то что бы мне предоставили ложный результат. 1.11. проводился стрептотест. Лаборантка провела тест и заверила что он отрицательный,т.к. на нем присутствовала 1 КРАСНАЯ полоска. Но как оказалось в последствии красная полоска сообщает том ,что тест проведен не корректно либо недействителен. 2 полоски (красная синяя) тест подтверждает наличие стрептококка в зеве, одна СИНЯЯ полоска -тест отрицательный. Вывод такой что лаборантка либо не умеет проводить тест ,либо обманула ,что бы не использовать повторно второй тест. По итогу мне был поставлен ложноотрицательный диагноз, ангина дала осложнения,я упустила много времени без приема антибиотика,т.к. несколько позже стрептакокк был все же диагностирован и подтвержден в мазке. Но при этом я успела заразить своего ребенка ,для которого эта бактерия особенно жизненно опасна!не просто так я шла делать этот тест при первом недомогании... Считаю ,что таким сотрудникам не то что не место в медицине. Их элементарная невнимательность и предоставление ложной диагностики может наносить вред здоровью и угрожать жизни

Спектр услуг(анализы) - широкий, но всегда есть какие-то проблемы. Не сделали заказанный заранее перевод, иногда немного грубоваты администраторы. Либо однажды один администратор поучал другого, когда посетители ожидали.

Прекрасный мед.центр с вежливым персоналом. Не знаю, кому тут хамят (возможно, таким же людям), но со мной что врач, что администратор были обходительны. После процедуры врач дала штрихкод для бесплатного кофе. Анализы тоже пришли очень быстро
