If you change your mind, and you need to change the list of tests you are submitting, they will calmly make edits, reprint the documents. The medical care itself is on top. In addition to taking tests, a laboratory technician / obstetrician can advise what is best to do in a given situation.
And of course, the results always come on time, even often before the agreed deadlines. Thank you for your hard work!

The visit left a negative impression. I took swabs on insurance. The receptionist girl took a long time to register - well, okay, insurance is always like that, I'm waiting. They gave me the papers and told me to wait. The doctor called to the office. He told me to go behind the screen and undress. But the strangest and most unpleasant thing is that all the time while I was undressing, he stood and stared at me - it's very uncomfortable, I've never seen this in any clinic. Nowadays, it's a basic thing to leave the patient alone when he undresses. After the procedure, the doctor told me to approach the administrators. I'm coming up. The girl (already another one) again began to make out something for a long time, fill out papers. I stand waiting for 10 minutes again, the room is very stuffy! And then she gives me the papers and says sit down, the doctor will invite you. Kamon! She signed me up for the same procedure for the second time! It's just some kind of nonsense and disorganization of the work of employees, which takes up both time and nerve cells.

I took a blood test for hormones here. I had to wait in line for about 30 minutes, but it was expected, so there are no complaints. The girl at the reception is nice and polite. It became a little bad in the office, they brought me to my senses, for this special thanks (I did not know that I would have such a reaction). The results of the analysis were ready by lunchtime. The prices are reasonable, the attitude to the patient is excellent. Now only here)
By the way, the free coffee was a nice bonus, thank you)

It was necessary to do a glucose tolerance test on the recommendation of a doctor. The girls at the reception (distracted from a very heated discussion of issues unrelated to the activities of this institution) said they would not be able to help me, because a doctor's referral is required and they do not want to take responsibility if I feel ill. Well, I don't know if the staff of this laboratory at the college / institute studied poorly or just sit there for beauty. We had to contact HELIX, where we were told that the referral for this test is required only for children or pensioners. AND [ATTENTION!] a preliminary glucose test was performed, the result of which, although higher than normal, was within the acceptable range for performing a glucose-tolerant test.
In conclusion, not a foot in the invitro anymore.

Часто бывает, что я плохо переношу забор крови и могу упасть в обморок. Здесь у меня не только очень аккуратно взяли анализ крови, но и ещё дали талончик на бесплатный напиток (горячий сладкий шоколад был очень кстати после забора крови). В центре очень чисто, персонал вежлив, результаты анализа пришли в этот же день на почту. Бесплатный напиток - мелочь, но очень приятная. Буду обращаться сюда ещё, спасибо!
