My favorite laboratory!
The girls at the reception are very pleasant, friendly, work quickly and can easily navigate on request. There was a large list of analyses, and we combined a lot of things into complexes so that we could get a discount. In the medical office, the girls are also positive, professional in their field, they easily take blood, which is not even felt, and there are no bruises (unlike in the polyclinic).
It is very valuable that everyone treats each patient with attention, respect and individual approach.

It is not the first time that I have a complaint about the work of female administrators on Sukharevskaya. Today I took the test results, took the ticket, I was the first in line. There were 2 reception desks, both had customers near them. But when one of the girls got free, for some reason she decided to ignore me and not call me. Although it takes 1 minute to print the result. After waiting for a while, I came up and asked them to give me the result. The lady was clearly not happy. I don't need any favors from paid lab workers. I'll go where the customer is welcome.

Today we had an ultrasound of the kidneys, one of the shortest in time and not informative of all previously done in other clinics.
We do an interval ultrasound to track kidney stones. The ultrasound took 3-5 minutes. The doctor found nothing but one stone, although there are several of them. At the reception, they asked to pay in cash, but they did not issue a check.
I had to ask them about it and languidly wait for my check for a few minutes.

The worst experience was 03/25/25. The nurse took a very painful blood test from a vein, when she inserted the needle and took out her eyes, they were in pain. The nurse works at such a speed as a conveyor belt, but they do not pay attention to the well-being and comfort of the client. An hour later, my arm hurts and goes numb.

I was not too lazy to come in and write a review. Previously, there were no problems with Invitro. I took tests only there, until they started sending general blood tests to Moscow due to technical problems!
The first mega stress was waiting for me here when I took my tests, considering that a week and a half before I had already taken the UAC from them while it was still being done in Minsk.
The result came just like that, I was stressed for a day until I went to another lab and retook.
During these days, I read a lot of reviews, forums about invitro and was horrified. In Moscow, the tests are done like any other way. A bunch, just a bunch of mistakes.
And the cherry on the cake! Invitro will NEVER admit its mistake, and even the village factor.
And of course, I left a message on the phone and got a call back. The text just seemed to be read from a piece of paper, as well as people described the situation!!! They are stupidly hammering that an internal investigation has been conducted against them, that everything is great and good for them.
I'm saying that you're telling me the same thing on the phone. Did you accompany a delivery man around Moscow? Have you personally seen how the test tubes were moved to their destination and under what conditions were they stored? And she's still hammering at me the same thing.
Well, okay, I realized that it's useless with them! Lost phrases! They are afraid to admit guilt, because this is the authority of the campaign. And how can I find out about the inspection??? How? Those are still combed.
Positive: they were until the moment of the last situation . Everything is fast and neat.
Cons: tests began to be sent to Moscow, under what conditions in the current heat it is unclear; the dead sheep who do not admit their guilt even with the facts "on their face"
The bottom line: Judas will not go anymore precisely because of the current situation and attitude! Such mistakes as they have allowed and blatantly lie to a person's psyche can be crippled

They took blood from a vein, punched a wreath through, after which the blood flowed more inside into the cell, hence the swelling and not significant pain appeared. We decided not to warn about this, but to keep silent, these are the specialists, so keep an eye on it, be careful and warn your customers!!! Rating 2.

We tested the baby for 2 years at 46 Sukharevskaya Street. The specialist got into a vein in his arm the first time, in which other workers did not see the vein at all. They gave recommendations.
