There are no complaints about the staff, all the polite ones work well, there are no questions. But there are 2 employees for the entire laboratory to the administration or management, and they do everything.... Is this even normal? You have two windows, one always works, you have 3-4 offices there, and one person works for all offices. Saving your costs turns into a waste of customers' time! I went in to take a blood test, there were only 3 people in the queue, and it took 45 minutes..... Don't ever come here if you value your time!
