They serve at the reception for a very long time, because of this, they did not accept the material for analysis. It seems to me that it is possible to explain it to the workers faster, otherwise there is a feeling that they are telling everything for those who are not quite clear, although when I previously purchased containers for the material, asked how to use it, I was told to look at the printout attached there. I think that a lot of time is wasted at the beginning on these explanations, as a result, the queue moves very slowly, which creates a situation with non-acceptance of the material.

The expression "Everything is as clear as in a pharmacy" is the best fit for this office.
The service is fast, professional, and polite. What is so lacking in public medicine.. Even coffee coupons are given after sampling (the coffee is delicious, by the way).
The results come both in paper form directly to the office and to the email address you specified. The speed of the research depends on the complexity of it. That's what the staff will explain to you better than a simple layman)

I like this laboratory, everything is always on time according to the analyses, polite staff, they will always tell and tell you everything, there are promotions near the house (for me this is a big plus).
