In addition, they took specific tests, but the girl suggested supplementing with biochemistry and vitamin D analysis, without saying how much the payment amount would increase. A second later, without even giving me time to recover, a form for all the analyses with the amount of 180 rubles was already printed out. (the initial price was around 50). I don't mind handing over additional indicators to my child, but dear staff, you must notify patients of the cost of each position before submitting the documents for signature!

It seems to me that it is possible to explain it to the workers faster, otherwise there is a feeling that they are telling everything for those who are not quite clear, although when I previously purchased containers for the material, asked how to use it, I was told to look at the printout attached there. I think that a lot of time is wasted at the beginning on these explanations, as a result, the queue moves very slowly, which creates a situation with non-acceptance of the material.

A trump card.I've heard a lot about invitro, that they have erroneous analyses. So I, or rather my 3.2-year-old daughter, could not get a reliable analysis. We tested for all kinds of worms, pneumonia, allergies, and bilirubin. The child passed everything well, and therefore 5 test tubes were collected. The worms all showed negative results (they passed all kinds of tests that are available in the invitro). We should have been happy, but on the same day we passed the stool at the children's clinic and it turned out that the child had roundworms and a bad kaprogram.
Allergy was not detected by tests, although the child has been suffering from allergy for 3 months. And whether to believe other indicators that revealed IgM pneumonia, direct bilirubin is slightly overestimated (the doctor said she thinks she is mistaken about bilirubin). I called the hotline and was told they would respond in three days. I would really like the mistakes to be recognized. About 300 liters were thrown away and the child donated so much blood for nothing. At what stage were mistakes made or are they writing the results on their own?

It is a pity that the laboratory I had hoped for and wanted to become a family laboratory will not monitor our health at home.
