People who do not know how to talk to customers work. They cannot distinguish calendar days from working days. When asked if it is possible to call someone from the staff, they do not give the employee numbers, but at the end they give their business card. We were waiting for histology results from them, and we didn't wait ... :) I do not recommend it.
