I remembered why I didn't attend Invitto. Saturday morning, there is a queue of 4 people, tests are taken faster than they are registered, I came with a child and thought everything as quickly as in helix. But no. I had to wait a very long time, even I was tired, not only a child, it was very stuffy in a 2*2 room, 4 people and there was nowhere to go. The girl lab assistant probably left a pleasant impression. That's all there is to it. According to the insurance, they even ask who gave the direction, not only the policy and passport, I have never seen this anywhere. It is better to go to the same center, further away, but more pleasant. Than to sit for half an hour for 2 minutes

I love this lab. Close to home, friendly and professional staff. We have used the services of this laboratory more than once. The results come in the mail, you don't have to go pick them up. I really like that the puncture site is bandaged, there is no need to peel off the adhesive plaster. The child appreciated it very much)

They work very slowly. I was there a little later than 7 am (opening time), and I came out almost by 8. Although there were not many people, just someone from the visitors had a lot of indicators for delivery.
It would be more efficient to regulate the flow of customers based on what indicators they need. And also to ask for new ones — to specify the data for communication in advance. And then it turned out that I spent about an hour to take a general blood test, samples for which take less than a minute.
I think customers prefer Invitro clinics, including for the speed of providing services.
