I made an appointment in advance for a pelvic ultrasound on 10/20/2022 at 9:50 a.m. I came to the reception, a little late at 9:53 a.m., there was an electronic queue, I immediately told the reception that I had time for an ultrasound, the woman from the reception ignored, I was waiting, there were a lot of people in the lobby, took a ticket that would just not to sit (because there was no ultrasound in the list, I chose other services) the result is at 10:27 I am still sitting in the corridor and waiting in line for a coupon to find out when I will still be called for an ultrasound. The result is that at 10:30 I can't hold back and ask again, what's wrong with my ultrasound? the ultrasound time passed due to the fact that the receptionist did not immediately notice that I came and did not invite me to the ultrasound, but simply ignored me. Now I have to wait for them to have an ultrasound window.
The service is disgusting! The staff is irresponsible!Why make an appointment in advance if you're going to be in line for 50 minutes because of employee negligence?

I was shocked by the attitude of the medical staff, the tact, the method of blood collection, what can I describe there. Try it yourself and you'll love it!
I visited on 12/16/21 at 8.10. Extremely negative impressions remained, they turned a private laboratory into a district polyclinic. To approach the reception desk, you need to wait 30 minutes in the vestibule or on the street. There is no electronic queue, no one regulates the movement of patients, the flows are not divided - someone with coffee walks between people, someone with shoe covers. Horror. When asked what is going on, they said that they came at rush hour - come at another time)) I watched in silence as the grandmothers found out who was last in line)).
A lot of time was spent figuring out the entire list of analyses with gentle refinements and inventing code words.
And in total, 300 bel. rub. - this is the level of money withdrawal. But they call me by Name and Patronymic, and coffee as a gift at my expense.
I don't recommend it.

(Total price). Since I am a nonresident and I have to drive 180km, a couple of days before the test (I planned to take it at 5.06), I called the call center again to clarify whether this analysis will be taken on that day. I was once again confirmed that yes, you can take it on Saturday from 7.00 to 11.00 and the cost is the same. I arrive in Minsk on 5.06, I call again (this is the third time!!!) To clarify whether it is possible to donate blood in one of the laboratories closest to me. And they tell me that on Saturdays this analysis in Invitro is not done at all in any of the laboratories!!! And moreover, they never took this particular analysis on Saturdays! But you can take it on Sunday from 8 to 11. Indignantly, I went to the nearest laboratory, wrote a complaint in the complaint book there, and I will wait for an answer. For the sake of this analysis, I had to stay overnight in Minsk to get tested on Sunday. Tell me, and how can I trust your organization after that? And what is a call center for anyway, if people are being deceived there? My time and financial expenses have increased due to the deception of the call center. But this is not the end of the story either.
Today, at 6.06 a.m., I called the call center again to clarify whether this analysis is being performed at the nearest laboratory today. They told me yes, they do it from 8 to 11 and again called the price 126p. I come to Logoysky tract, 25, I wait in line, at 9.20 I go to get registered and they tell me that they take this analysis from 10 a.m. to 12! Well, how is that? How many times will I be deceived? Everything is fine, except for the main thing - an inexperienced nurse. I couldn't take blood from a 9-year-old boy. They returned 150 rubles. In addition to the lack of skills, she was nervous and shouted at the child. Almost the first one started))
P.S.: for your information, I can distinguish experienced medical staff from inexperienced ones. This is the third child. The eldest daughter was ill for a long time.
