This is the second time I have been tested in this laboratory. For the second time, the same nurse comes across who takes a blood test more painful than in a regular clinic! After the injection, there was a scratch from the needle, unpleasant sensations and a giant bruise, which is the first time in my practice! It's terrible!
The person is unpleasant and performs the work poorly, which greatly spoils the impression of the laboratory. I would like to know the qualifications of this nurse and why she is kept in a laboratory of this level?!
I have no complaints about the speed of obtaining the analysis result. Everything is fast and on time. Thanks for that!
