There is 1 person working in the call center - this applies to the entire InvitroDiagnostics network, and not specifically to this department.
The queue of 14 people to the operator stretched for 40! minutes.
When the queue reached the third, the queue stood there for 8-9 minutes. Well, if there were more than one operator, the queue would move faster.
