I do not advise using the services of this laboratory, especially if the tests need to be done urgently. Two weeks ago, I applied for a home visit from the website, with full prepayment. The next day, the application had to be canceled, as the fulfillment was promised in 4-5 days (the departure of the team in a day and the performance of tests for three more days). Moreover, in order to get through and make a cancellation, it took about an hour - the call center is overloaded, the responding operators are, to put it mildly, "not in the subject of the question." Then I called back, checked whether the refund was issued. (The money is not mine, the elderly pensioners, to whom every penny is dear) I was sworn that the refund was issued and everything would happen in a couple of days. When she didn't see the money coming in a week later, she began to bother the call center again. In response, it was necessary to tell the same story ten times and promise "you will get a call back" And only today, after I'm sorry for the obscene language, it turned out that "an error occurred the first time when making a refusal." And wait again. During all the time of numerous dialogues, they never apologized. It sucks. I do not advise using the services of this laboratory. There are laboratories with better service and more affordable prices.
