I have never seen a more illiterate management team. There is complete insanity all around. Smart workers leave without appreciating them. The stupid ones come to match the leadership. My husband worked as a driver, it happened that maz with a semi-trailer transported something that could be transported on a bicycle. There are 5 bosses per worker who go one by one. People are squeezed for pennies. They raised their salaries for workers on a bun. The most tired and useful people for production are sitting in the office. The invoice is printed for 3 hours on one bedside table. It's a disgrace... Minsk, wake up!!! Learn to appreciate smart, decent workers!!! Put the management team in order!!! Not a firm, but a solid military stupidity.
