I came to the collapse, due to the fact that one silent block was not working properly, they did not regulate it, which is 100 percent correct! What struck me very strongly and unpleasantly, they took 25 rubles for the inspection, by the way, in another service they took 5 rubles for the inspection and after that 25 rubles for the adjustment!!!
So I wonder how much would a collapse in an engineering trans service cost, if the inspection is 25 rubles, it turns out 125 rubles and that 150 in total??? Isn't it too much???

Качество обслуживания радует, относятся ответственно, всегда стараются подобрать удобное время для приема машины, но цены кусачие (это и понятно). Также радует вежливость персонала, никогда никто не грубил, всегда перезванивают, если это требуется и не удается подловить мастера на месте. Поработать над клиентоориентированностью нужно только с продавцами запчастей.
