Excellent designer hotel in the heart of old Tbilisi. The rooms are small, but very cozy. There is a large parking lot nearby. We lived with our wife for 4 days. The price was reasonable compared to chain hotels like Radisson and Marriott. Breakfasts are included, very tasty, but in the usual Euro style, khachapuri and kebabs were not served))))
The staff is polite, sympathetic. He speaks Russian and English and of course Georgian)). We were placed on the 4th floor and the smell of rotten carpet was immediately felt in the room and on the second day, or rather on the second night, we realized what was the matter. We woke up to the sound of running water and it was running along the wall and window. I called the reception and was asked if I had closed the window correctly)), when the employee got up, he asked me the same thing))))) To resolve the issue, we were offered to move into the next room, we said that we would move in the morning, we did not want to move at three in the morning. In the morning, at the reception, they told us that they would transfer us to that room, but for an additional fee of $ 50, to my protests, they told me that they had to tell me about it and if we did not want to, we could move to the second floor in a smaller room (smaller compared to the new one). for this episode, I take off two stars and add one for extending our checkout from 12 to 17 (in apology for the flood). I saved the video of the flood for myself and from time to time I watch it and smile. I recommend this hotel. our room was 408 (the one that is flooded, there has been drowning it for a very long time). we moved to 407. The room is bigger, angular and odorless. Have a nice stay at this hotel

A great hotel, in my opinion the best in the Sololaki area. Cozy rooms, daily cleaning, helpful staff.
Accessibility is high, 2-3 minutes walk to the center, 5-10 minutes walk to other attractions. There are restaurants and bars nearby, but across the street and in the hotel itself it is very quiet.
I would also like to mention the design of the lobby and the restaurant on the ground floor — a living green wall and trees inside add comfort.

A great stylish hotel in the center of Tbilisi! Modern design, a view from the windows of old Tbilisi, and a stylishly decorated courtyard. Amazing rooftop restaurant!
The staff is very hospitable and caring. When checking in, I casually mentioned that I was leaving early in the morning. I was a little late packing up in the morning. I got a call to clarify if I overslept and that it was time to leave for the airport!
The hotel is in an amazing location. There is a real authentic Tbilisi with Georgian courtyards around. It so happened that the best bars in Tbilisi are literally one or two minutes away on foot! It helped a lot to return to the hotel late at night after the curfew)))

Poor price/quality ratio. To Hyatt or Radisson in the same Rostov-on-Don as to the moon, and the price is higher.
At the exit of the hotel, you will find "modern art", which is addressed to a Russian tourist. I think it is not difficult for the hotel administration to paint the wall.

The renovation in the room is a very cheap loft, towels with an unpleasant smell, the feeling that the dirty ones were just ironed, it's difficult to call the toilet door a door at all, what it is or not, loud neighbors could be heard as if they were in the same room with us. It doesn't justify its stars, there are problems:
- with hot water (drops are very noticeable, in the morning it is generally "summer" at best),
- air conditioning (does not perform its functions, since it is impossible to set its own temperature in the room),
- with a variety of buffet breakfast (no changes during the week of stay),
- in general, with the work of the room service, which is especially critical during curfew.

Clean rooms, quick check-in. An unpleasant impression was left by the waiter in the restaurant, who, when the hall was half empty, said that all the tables were booked, even the argument that I live in this hotel did not help. I stayed and sat down at the bar on purpose, and of course, when I ate, there were even more empty tables. It's a strange story in general.
