The phone was brought with the problem that it first picked up the charge, and then at one point turned off and did not turn on. This problem was briefly solved in April by simply replacing the battery. Six months later, they forgot to charge it, and it stopped turning on. At the same time, the phone has been operated strictly on the table and from the wire for the last 3 months. So they gave the phone to this service with a corresponding breakdown. A few days later they call me back and say that I just have a broken charging port and that it charges only on one side of the wire. They need to replace this cable (at home, of course, I checked and it didn't charge from either side of the cable... but then they saw everything differently ...) then they said that my screen was broken and that it didn't show the image and some of my cables were torn for some reason… To my objections, that the phone had been lying on the table for 3 months could not fall, that the cables were definitely intact, since they had been climbing into it for a long time and after that it worked properly and that it simply discharged and was no longer turned on by any side of the cable! an employee told me that since I was accusing him of breaking something, he wouldn't do anything.
The phone was lying on the table for 3 months and how could the cable break. Except for the crooked hands of the employee, I don't see any explanations! I will contact another service and it looks like I will also remain without TouchID. And all because clauses 1 and 11 of the contract cover their crookedness and the customer will pay for everything. In case of anything, I will add a review. As I noticed from the reviews, not for the first time before their intervention, something worked, and then it stopped.
upd: I went to another service. the man checked the phone and said that when the phone was carelessly disassembled, the matrix was damaged due to the already broken protective glass. the loop was half broken (apparently it was not carefully placed here for checking), the loop as it turned out did not need to be changed, but just the battery went into protection and it was necessary to start it from the power supply and charge the phone from either side from the wire. as a result, it was necessary to simply connect the battery to the power supply, and I also had to change the display. a penny job turned into 155 rubles in this service (display + connector). in another service, everything was done and a protective glass was also given as a gift. 100 rubles came out for everything. in time, 2 hours came out, not 3 days. draw conclusions.
Upd2: You can't even read. I didn't climb anywhere, but just carried it. And you only know how to come up with excuses. Experienced craftsmen…
