The service is provided within 1 minute after entering the bank branch. The staff is very polite. Electronic recording really works. I am very, very pleased with this service.

I haven't been there once, so I can safely say that the staff are polite and the visit is cozy.
I would also like to mention the employee who sits at the reception and the head of their department - they are very responsive.
And most importantly, there are no huge queues in this mini-bank and on holidays they give small gifts to customers "A trifle, but nice)))"
Хороший мини-банк, отличный персонал, все объяснят, подскажут, посоветуют, работают и кассы и банкоматы, несколько раз обращался, сервисом доволен, в принципе как и во всех других отделениях этого банка.
Не рекомендую пытаться обменять тут деньги. Работает одна касса, очень долгое обслуживание. Для нерезидентов обмен невозможен без подтверждения того, что деньги получены законным путем. Чеки не подойдут, нужны контракты. Заранее об этом не предупреждают.
