It is impossible to get through, and if you get through, they send you to call the contact center. They can't solve anything, no one wants to figure anything out, they redirect from one specialist to another. Damn the day I decided to visit this branch. The queues are huge, not all windows work, they work extremely slowly, they don't really want to explain anything. I had a better opinion about the work of this bank (there was no such mess in the head office before). And now it is possible in the head office as well. Everything works through one place, popularly called the 5th point. If they do not resolve the issue on which I applied, I will close all the cards of this bank. I'm sick of it already
Terrible customer service. Getting through to this branch and to this bank is generally a big problem, the average wait is 15 minutes. The employees cannot answer the question, they say that they will figure it out and will call back themselves. As a result , silence . I do not recommend this bank.
