There is a good bank for the city of Navoi, they opened a Visa card, there was a special offer at that time, UzCard and InionPay as a gift. They did it quite quickly and the price was not expensive, I chose this particular bank, because of the acceptable security deposit on the visa account of $ 10, the most affordable compared to other banks, for example, NBU bank has it at $ 20-25. But it turned out that this bank has one disadvantage, I moved to Tashkent, and the UzCard was accidentally blocked, I turned to the Tashkent branch to reset the PIN code, they answered me where they opened it and they will reset it. It turns out that the branches of this bank are not united in any way and work for each other. Still, I'll bet you five, for that there is a reason to go to Navoi!
