По мне банк хороший. Отдел пластика работает шустро. Даже те кто обслуживают у них банкоматы адекватные и отличник люди. В отличии от других банков проблему с банкоматов решают очень быстро!
В банкоматах этого банка обмнен валюты идет по другоему курсу, нежели в самом банке. На вопрос "почему так?" , мне казали "...это Узбекистан".
К купюрам с миниатюрной дырочкой или складочкой сразу же докапываются и дают на выбор : либо отдадим вам эту купюру обратно, либо платите 5% за ''испорченную" купюру.
