I have been going to this gym for a year now, there are all the necessary exercise machines and equipment, treadmills, elliptical trainers. I like) Friendly staff, good coaches. Hello to my coach Valeria!There are group programs - fitness mix, zumba, yoga, Pilates stretching.
Comfortable changing rooms, showers. There is a sauna in the men's locker room, and they promise to equip it in the near future in the women's room))

Хороший тренажёрный зал, тренируюсь с утра. Есть все необходимые тренажёры чтобы прорабатывать базовые и продвинутые упражнения. Хороший административый и тренерский состав. Отдельное уважение Хамитову Асылжану. Помог быстро скинуть вес со 105 до 94 за 1.5 месяца функциональная тренировками и диетой от который не становится плохо. Другие тренера тоже молодцы.

A dreary gym. You often come and they say there are no free lockers, you have to wait for someone to come out in the order of the queue... The price of a one-time lesson of 2.5 K. seems to be too high for such an institution... The shower room is dirty, similar to our showers from boxing gyms of the 2000s and the smell and conditions))) but there is plenty)))
