The only coworking that is around the clock. This is not his only advantage. Pleasant layout and design. Polite staff. Lots of places to work. So far, I've found the only drawback - companies rent places here and it turns out that half of the entire space is hung with signs, the tables are empty, but you can't sit at them. Companies could shoot in business centers.
We rent a workplace, in case someone from the staff happens to be in Astana. Everything is not bad, but problems with protruding ceilings, and also our place, which we regularly pay for, turns out to have been given to someone for use for a long time.
Astana does not indulge in coworking, so there are not many options. This one was quite close to the hotel and the choice fell on him.
1. Quite expensive. For 20,000 tenge, it was possible to come up with something else besides logging in and the Internet.
2. Places are often few
3. Acoustics. Very strong echo and every phone conversation (and here they like to talk on the phone without leaving the table) It's a whole journey into the world of your neighbor's personal and work life, there's no hiding from it
4. The staff is wonderful and magical. I bow low to them
5. The trouble with sockets, all in extension cords, half of which do not work
I rate it according to the fact that it is one of the most expensive coworking in Astana.
1. The staff is constantly passing between the rows, discussing something loudly, talking on the phone, noisily slamming doors, moving a cart.
2. Visitors leave their belongings in supposedly empty places, for example, a mug or a book, but the staff does not clean it, and the next day there is nowhere to sit, because the "free" places seem to be occupied. And it's not clear if they're busy, or if things are just forgotten.
3. Two tables with football. Entertainment is necessary and useful. But in a separate game room. And they're in open space. You're trying to concentrate or talk quietly about work, and there's a noise in the background, like in a game mall.
4. If the kettle breaks, you will not have boiling water until the kettle is repaired. A new kettle costs 10t. Why is it so difficult to quickly buy a new restaurant in nearby Kerouene, in which 1 hour of a meeting room costs 6t?..
5. Open space is too general. There are almost no nooks to negotiate and not disturb others.
Positive:
1. Round-the-clock operation.
2. Stable Internet connection.
3. Modern interior.
There are desks for work in the open space, there are rooms of different quadrature and there are "telephones" for calls. Interesting bright wall decoration. Nice furniture. There is a spacious kitchen.
There is a screen in the meeting rooms, you connect everything yourself.
The whole coworking was clean. Overall a pleasant space to work in.
I filmed a meeting for the web - everything is great. The Internet is good, I haven't heard the neighbors (I don't know😂), the office is modern, everything that was needed. The price tag is adequate
It's noisy, cold, the management of the coworking is more important than table football than coffee for the guests, I do not advise it, it's a terrible place
Very convenient. there is a capsule hotel.toilets and showers, a play room, and an office where you can work, as well as a coffee shop
And the kitchen where there is a refrigerator, tables, coffee maker, kettle, microwave oven and mugs is a very cool place
