Good afternoon! I have only bad impressions from using this application. Geolocation has determined the wrong location. At first, I didn't even notice that this had happened, but when the notification came that the taxi driver had arrived, I got worried and decided to call back. To which I was given the answer "I can't change anything, cancel the trip and call again." So how can I cancel it if there is no such function in the application???????????? I asked to come to the address where I am (it was literally 500 meters away), but the answer was given: they say I'm not going to roll out after you. I asked to cancel the order and called another taxi. Upon arrival home, I saw a notification on my phone "4.96 rubles have been debited from your account." ...Lie DOWN GREAT!!! They wrote off the money without providing a service, paid for a non-existent trip. DIVORCE FOR MONEY!!! I will write an official complaint.
